How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: Since October 2025
Why are you applying for Special Agent?: I wish to expand my opportunities more, through all the roles I been through, apart from GENSEC, DEA is extremely fun and a role I can be flexible in. I can take on many priorities without just being limited to a few, For example, I'm combative and have access to many parts of the facility. I like the members of DEA and I feel this is the next best move for my journey here. Also I just like the whole intelligence agency spy thing in general. (James Bond is my goat)
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: I have a pretty adept understanding of a DEA Special Agent's duties. I'm well familiar with the handbooks, I think I could use a bit extra studying it though. And I believe I can be a good role model for new DEA agents. I like mentoring and teaching people new concepts, ideas and tactics. I also have plenty of CL4 experience so I'm aware of the priorities and duties of that clearance as well. I also believe I can be a very active active member of DEA. (It is stated as inactive in the roster for me as of right now, but I'm going to fix that, trust me.)
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: I have written over 10+ documents mainly back when I was an Executive Researcher. 3 of them being excellent rated documents. A document needs an assortment of ideas to make it truly good, you need grammar, a sense of maturity, effort, evidence, and a strong statement or idea, along with some formatting to make it look proper and comprehensible (headers + footers, page numbering, text structuring etc.). What really makes a document good is the quality of how adeptly you can get your message across to the reader.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Special Agent include but aren't limited to:
-Mentoring and training of new agents into DEA, so that DEA becomes stronger and a more powerful workforce to deal with hostile GOIs like CI.
-Setting a good example for new agents/operatives within DEA
-Handle negotiations with GOIs (e.g Hostage Negotiations)
-Creating and hosting Senior Agent tryouts for those willing to take on more responsibilities
-Plan and command new missions on-ground against GOIs
-Take responsibility over the operations of DEA while the Department Manager's+ are away.
-Lead DEA agents during operations
-Authorizing MC&D salesmen into the facility
-Being a good leader in general (e.g Potentially sacrificing your life to save another DEA Agent)
