Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
4 Warnings for FailRP, First was for Returning to the spot of where I was killed, was my first week and I accidently read past the NLR rule, 2nd warning for was releasing SCPs as 912 during a breach (i was not breached), again was my first week and didn't realize i was in the wrong, 3rd warning was selling weapons to d-class as a gun dealer, again my mistake didn't fully read the rules and didn't realize only CGITV and Rangers can enter foundation, and my last warning which resulted in a 24hr ban, was teaming with CI as 912 when breached. Again I misread the rule for 912 as I thought it was ok since 912 has to follow orders under normal conditions, and I was told (wrongly) that 912 does not have to follow orders when breached, which of course is wrong. Besides having a few warnings, i have learned from my mistakes and have read and studied the rules thoroughly. These warnings all happened within the first two weeks of playing while I was still fresh and was learning. Since, then have had no issues at all and I ensure I always play by the rules.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
As my primary role in the foundation has been Internal Affairs I have overseen the enforcement of ethics. A long with overseeing ethic terms, I am a full believe in ethics. I follow ethics 'To the T' and being part of my personality, by far the most important quality of why I would be the best. I would ensure SCP's and D-class are being treated fairly, to make sure tests are enjoyable for them.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Ethics Committee is a small independent department responsible for reviewing containment procedures and checking conducted experiments for excessive waste or inappropriate use of Class D employees and other resources. The committee is also responsible of determining what is acceptable and what isn't among the workplace by developing new rules and programs under the supervision of the O5 Council.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After receiving a Doctorate in accounting, I myself started working for the foundation as an accountant, after a while due to being burnt out, I was moved to work in Internal Affairs. With my broad background in the ethics of accounting, it was quite easy for me to pick up on the ethics of the foundation. Even reading the code of ethics was a breeze.
On a normal day in IA, I was overseeing the test of instant SCP-096, I ensured the Researcher and D-class wore their scramblers to ensure the test was fully ethical. Unfortunately due to a flaw in equipment and containment, the scramblers failed and SCP-096 was breached. Due to the odd placement of a balcony, unsuspecting viewers became SCP-096-1's as well. Due to my fast reflexes I was able to throw my lunch bag over SCP-096 head before it became a complete disaster. After the incident I made a full and incident report and voiced my opinion on the carelessness associated with SCP-096, as well as how tests have resulted in too many containment failures. I then went along to list the many other containment flaws of various other SCP's. My report eventually landed on the desk of the ethics committee. They were surprised and intrigued by my report. Committee got together and discussed that I myself would make a great assistant to them with my vast knowledge of the foundation, ethics and ethics background. They decided to table the meeting after a short break to confirm if i Should be moved up..................
