Why are you applying for Medical Consultant? To progress into the next step of my RP and help the community grow.

What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: I am mature with a strong skill set. Withen the medical department I am fully knowledgeable in most of the responsibilies including:
Providing routine care as a General Practitioner to diagnose, bandage, administer medications, and operate standard medical equipment.
Manufacturing and prescribing medications.
Administer pschiatric evalutions to evalute an individuals mental well being.
Provide emergency and schedulded surgical care to patients.
Maintaining accurate medical documention of patient records.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: Psychiatric evaluations assess the overall mental health of our site and are part of our holistic approach to providing a solid support system. From foundation Chefs and Janitors to the Site Director, our staff are exposed to a complex social environment and work-related life-threatening stressors. The medical department must ensure that all site staff members are of sound mind to perform their duties. If needed, a treatment plan of therapy and or medication may need to be built for the patient. It is important to accurately interpret the matrix of results for the sites standardized psychological tests in assessing the cognitive stability of the patient. To neglect the mental wellbeing of our staff would be a failure to support our most valuable and irreplaceable team members.

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: To work alongside other consultants in overseeing the medical department when a DOM is unavailable. And to Provide leadership to the medical department by covering the day-to-day tasks such as:
Teaching medical staff.
Giving medical tests.
Maintaining the production use and supplies of medicines.
To order and stock post care lollipops.
Reviewing prescriptions.
Reviewing psychiatric evaluations.
Oversee Combat Medics.
Evaluate the effectiveness of using SCP's for medical use.
Maintaining the departments documented policies, procedures, and trainings, as well as ensuring medical procedures are being accurately recorded.
Maintain relationships with other site departments and GOI's.

Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
I grew up in the suburbs raised by my mother who taught at the local high school. This did not provide for us a glamours life style in any sense, but it did instill within me a pride in helping the community. My father never had children but none the less cared for me and my mother as if we were a typical family unit. As a young adult I wanted to be a veterinarian and excelled in my medical studies. But it was my mother who pushed me to truly apply myself and see my self-worth. It was with her persistence and belief in me that caused me to take my own studies further and become the Medical Doctor I am today.
During my career as a Sr. Doctor at Site 65 I studied the peculiar effects of Static Fluid from SCP-173. I found through preclinical research that this fluid would soften hardened tissue samples taken from those suffering from the disease Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva. It was this discovery that led to my clinical trial of using Static Fluid to treat and cure those suffering from Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva which the medical department used as the foundation in a drug application, resulting in a license to use static fluid as a medical drug.
For my work during this clinical trial I was awarded both the Foundation Service Commendation, and Foundation Service Medal. Shortly after the award ceremony I was approached by the Director of Medicine and was handed a consultant application. Passing up such an opportunity to serve my community is not the values my mother raised me on. After applying and becoming a medical consultant I was tasked with evaluating and recertifying the medical departments policies and procedures to ensure we are in compliance with department audits.
