Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: The Ban was because I left while cuffed because I had to attend an event with my IRL buddies for what we call Raid Night in Final Fantasy XIV Online. I probably could have just taken the arrest, but I was more focused on hanging out with my friends at the time. The other 2 warns are from when I first started in 2024 and an 096 incident where I forgot to wait the 60 seconds before roaming after killing someone.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
- I understand that I tend to be... a bit... crazy and that might hurt my chances. But with this craziness, I believe there is a silver lining. I have a very creative mind and have come up with some insane rp scenarios such as during my time as a former Executive I worked on a series of tests on 682 and attempted to use SCP-807 and High Sugar in-order to give 682 diabetes and use his blood as a way to cure it in humans.
- As of recently I have been promoted to Specialist Researcher have begun work as an Specialist in Emergency Protocol Simulations, where I will be working with E-11, SCU's, and Combat Medics on creating fake breach scenarios that will allow these three roles a chance to shine in an RP Scenario.
- That being said, I do understand that creating RP is not the only thing an OSA needs to do. I do understand the OSA needs to be a leader, and despite all my craziness, I have the ability to turn it off and switch into the leader personality that I developed during my time as a Former Executive Researcher and my time as a former DEA Manager and that it can possibly work hand-in-hand with my craziness.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Act Calm, Collected, and Professional as I represent the O5 Council
- Always Enforce the orders of O5
- Enforce the Foundation's Code of Conduct
- If no SA, O5, or Ethics is on site then it falls to me to authorize AA
- Authorize Sweeps of D-Block if needed and even authorize KOS past the airlock if needed
- Approve certain research tests and documents that benefit both the O5 Council and the Foundation
- Work with Alpha-1 (FAISA) to complete whatever tasks that O5 give
-Observe the site and the various departments and report about them, this also includes interviewing said departments
- Carry out the investigations that O5 assigns me
- Help with Relations between O5 and other departments.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
- Since I started playing on Civil Networks nearly 3 years ago, the idea of being an OSA has intrigued me. I do understand that this is the 5th time I have applied to be an OSA and that my CL4 Experience is possibly... outdated. But I want to be given that chance to finally step in the FCOM side of things. I have seen and interacted with many members of FCOM during my time on CN and that passion to still join is still there. While I understand that I am not an expert at combat like other candidates. I want a chance to step into a new role, help create new RP Scenarios, and possibly move up in the future.

History:
- Edwin was born on March 26th 2000 in Berlin, Germany to former Director of Research of Site 115, Henry Felix Richtofen and Amanda Richtofen. Edwin was a child genius in the field of the Simulations and the Anomalous and graduated from High School at the age of 14 and acquired his PHD in [REDACTED] at the age of 20. He was then acquired by The Foundation and was hired to work under his father at Site 115. Edwin would spend the next 3 years of his life working his way through the ranks of Site 115's Research Department making his way to Executive Researcher. All of that would change during an incident regarding SCP-E-115 and a Type Blue D-Class, this incident has since been [REDACTED], all that is known is that Edwin Richtofen was transferred to Site 65 and begun a new life there. Then came the incident on February 20th, 202X. Edwin Richtofen had been assigned a normal 914 test with a simple item, a Victorian pocket watch handed down through his family starting with his great-great-great grandfather Heinrich Richtofen. The goal of the test was to put the pockwatch into 914 on the Very Fine Setting and see what the pocket watch would turn it. The Experiment started out fine, until the end when the output chamber opened. A Beam of Temporal Energy shot right out of the output and seemed to bend an unnatural angles and made a direct path to Executive Richtofen. The Beam would engulf him and then disappear taking Edwin Richtofen with him. Later that evening his A.I. called S.A.M. would put out a message saying that Richtofen was stuck in another timeline and was currently unable to return. That was until a month ago, nearly a year and a half since the incident...
On a normal day at Site 65, the site was sent into a Code 5 as a Portal appeared in Core Sector. FAISA was one of the first units on the scene followed by E-11 and the General Security Department. From this Portal appeared Edwin himself, and while he looked the same... something was off. He was quickly restrained by FAISA and taken away. It is unknown what happened after that, but a few weeks later, Edwin would appear back in the Research Department and has once again resumed his work, but he currently is saying "I've seen 60 alternate timelines... I still have their memories... But I can use these... make Research Great Again, thus is my duty as a Time-Walker." Rumors have spread that Richtofen was given a Specialist Position in order for a closer eye to be put on him... with something else being planned for him in the near future.
