Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:I received a permanent ban early this year for a mishap with my viewmodel, but it was appealed the very same day. Other than that, no bans or warnings, or kicks.

What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number): I’m applying for O5-4 "The Witness" because my experience within the Foundation has increasingly placed me in roles where I work directly alongside the Council. Not only this, I have *always* been on non-combative roles, standing and watching, and have "Witnessed" multiple and many projects and tests that should have had my head on a pike. But I was allowed to see, allowed to participate.
I've been involved in and researching with the Council since 2025, initially developing experience as a researcher and eventually becoming an Executive Researcher who regularly worked alongside 2 of the O5 personnel on research and projects. This gave me an understanding of the discretion, judgment, and such expected when working at that level.
I eventually took a break before becoming an Executive, but returning has made me realize how much I enjoyed the interactions and the opportunities that came with being involved in higher-level Foundation things. I believe becoming an Overseer would allow me to combine both sides of that experience, being a researcher and OSA.
While I was never involved with A1 as one of them, as an OSA and even Researcher, I’d say I’ve bonded with many of the members; being an Overseer would only help me to let them assistant in / host events, etc.

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I think what makes me the best candidate is mainly the experience I've built up over time and the fact that I've already spent a lot of time working with the Council. I've been around the O5s since 2025~ starting as a researcher and eventually becoming an Executive. During that time, I've worked on a lot of different projects and had plenty of opportunities to work directly with O5 and slightly understand how they operate.
Following my return, I resumed my duties within Research before stepping down as an Executive several weeks back. My reason for resigning was to dedicate my full attention to my responsibilities as an OSA, which helped me to view Foundation operations through a different lens almost. Having navigated the… complexities of both the Research department and the Council, I have gained a unique outlook that I think wouldn't have been possible otherwise.
Another big reason I think I'd be a good fit is that I actually enjoy creating RP. A lot of the projects and cross-tests I've worked on weren't just things for my own benefit; I enjoyed giving other people and (formerly) my researchers something to participate in and creating situations that could turn into bigger stories. As an Overseer, I'd have a much bigger opportunity to do that by creating events, projects, conflicts, and long-term storylines that involve different departments and give people something to work with.
Finally, on very rare occasions, I’ve gotten A1 to LARP willingly. (I know, crazy)

- Managing and discussing GOI relations,
- Overseeing Research and major projects, approving them when needed,
- Directing and coordinating Assistants and Alpha-1,
- Handling major sitewide emergencies,
- Conducting hearings and tribunals when necessary,
- Upholding and updating the Code of Conduct,
- Working with Site Administration to ensure site progression,
- Liaising with the Ethics Committee when required.

- Selecting and appointing the Alpha-1 Commander, ensuring the position is entrusted to a suitable and capable candidate,
- Reviewing, discussing, and voting on Site Director applications to determine appropriate candidates for Site leadership,
- Creating and facilitating roleplay opportunities while coordinating with “Roleplay Leads” to develop larger events, scenarios, and ongoing storylines, etc,
- Reviewing and voting on Overseer Assistant applications, ensuring selected Assistants are capable of supporting the Council and meeting its expectations,
- Working alongside other Council members and senior staff to maintain consistency in decisions, expectations, and roleplay direction.
