Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? And why?: I received a permanent ban maybe 2 months ago over an issue with my viewmodel (arms) but it was appealed and accepted the same day. I currently have zero bans/warns/kicks.

What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I’m a strong candidate for the position because my experience as an Executive Researcher already requires me to work closely alongside Site Inspection at times and with other senior Foundation leadership consistently. That has helped to teach me professionalism, discretion, and reliability, which are, to say the least, quite important. I also very much enjoy the RP side of everything and love writing.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: To follow and carry out any orders or directives given by the Council. Alongside this, they, depending on the task, document and/or assign projects if needed, and approve certain tests that could benefit the Foundation. Assistants also handle any info breaches that may happen in their presence or on site, and keep the secretive veil of the council.

Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?: I wish to become an OSA due to the fact that ever since joining, I’ve done nothing but research. While I still love it, I’ve recently been wanting to be more involved with the council and work more with them, FISA as well. I could do this as an assistant and be alongside them this time, while still being able to interact with everyone I did previously.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After a long while serving under the Research Department, Executive Eggsy Ausforn gradually found himself spending less time inside laboratories and more time working directly alongside Foundation leadership. As the scope and sensitivity of his projects expanded, so too did the level of trust placed in him.
Cross testing proposals, high risk anomalous development programs, and interdepartmental operations increasingly required direct approval, coordination, and communication with members of the Council.
Recognizing that his strengths extended beyond scientific research, several members of Foundation leadership recommended Eggsy for the position of Assistant.
While his scientific background remains invaluable, his primary responsibility is now ensuring that the Council's directives, communications, and priorities are carried out accurately, discreetly, and without fail.
Despite the change in position, Eggsy continues to contribute to Foundation research whenever his expertise is requested, maintaining close ties with the Research Department while serving directly under the Council's authority.
