Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I’m applying because I’ve always gravitated towards being a researcher, ever since I first volunteered to be a test subject as a D-Class, it's been my absolute favorite. I really just enjoy the atmosphere and interaction that it brings compared to playing combat focused roles. Most of my time has been spent learning how RSD operates, interacting with SCPs safely, of course, and helping try to create RP that's enjoyable for anyone and everyone involved. I’m also applying for Executive Researcher because I want to take that a step further and be more involved in the research side of everything. I love organizing tests, try my best with helping newer researchers, and also try my best to contribute to RP rather than just passively playing the role. I also think the position would allow me to improve my leadership, which I’ve been looking forward to (hopefully) having more of a position in. I’ve had some memorable moments with the RSD, and look forward and plan on having more. I've also been told I'd be a good one so... here is to hoping.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I think I’d be suitable for the position because researcher roles are what I spend the majority of my time playing, so I already understand the expectations, procedures, and standards that come with them. I’m quite patient, able to stay serious when needed, and I personally believe I create meaningful interactions instead of just treating the role casually or mindlessly doing tests. I’m also willing to learn and improve, of course. If I’m given responsibility, I’ll take it seriously, whether that’s organizing projects, assisting other researchers, or handling things under pressure. I believe I work well with others, and I can confidently say most people know who Eggsy Ausforn is; he also has a clean ISD record…

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: Only one so far, but I’m waiting on some to be graded. A document being excellent requires good grammatical structure for starters, but it also needs to be thought out, have effort put into it, and be beneficial. Just overall, have a detailed, well-written document that you spent more than 5 minutes throwing together.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: Executives are supposed to be a leadership figure, along with senior execs, junior execs, and of course the DoR. While they are leaders, and should be expected to onboard or assist any lower researcher with tests or honestly any areas of the department they're struggling with, they’re also CL4 personnel, so they can test on some more secretive SCP or sections of the site. More than once have I asked an executive to assist me with my research studies, and 100% of the time they have given it their all. Executives can also (to my knowledge) brief CL3’s on SCPs like 079, 682, etc. (with good cause)

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: Eggsy Ausforn originally entered the Foundation through the study of theoretical physics, mostly focusing on spatial irregularities and abnormal environmental behavior. Eggsy was always more interested in understanding why anomalous phenomena behaved the way they did rather than simply containing them. That interest eventually led him into Foundation research work, where most of his time was spent assisting with observation and analysis assignments involving unstable anomalies. Eggsy Ausforn has been stationed at Site-65 for as long as he can remember. At least, that is what he believes…
Some moments make Eggsy question that. Small things mostly. Procedures somehow already known before being taught. Containment terminology that felt familiar the first time it was heard. Occasionally, Eggsy catches himself recognizing security layouts in sections of the facility he had supposedly never entered before working. Eggsy used to ignore it, assuming it was stress or simple paranoia from spending too much time around the anomalous, but over the years, it has become harder to dismiss. Sometimes Eggsy dreams about another site entirely. Different hallways. Different containment sectors. Faces are never remembered, only alarms and the feeling that something inside the facility was wrong long before anyone realized it. The strangest part is the certainty that comes with it. It does not feel imagined. It feels forgotten. There are gaps in Eggsy’s memory that cannot be explained. Entire stretches of time feel distant and disconnected, as if they belong to someone else. Whenever he tries focusing on them too hard, the details become difficult to hold onto. Names disappear. Locations blur together. Only fragments remain alongside the constant feeling that there is something important just beyond what is allowed to be remembered… Whatever the truth is, Eggsy has stopped trying to force answers out of it. The Foundation has reasons for everything it does, and if something was removed from his memory, then there was likely a reason for it.
Still, part of Eggsy cannot let it go. That is why he continues working as a researcher.
I’ve been involved with recently, the storyline involving Benrey and Janice (you know the one), and if I’m ever able, a storyline revolving around an old personnel file (mine) that has a previous employment with another site could be really cool to expand on, given the lore above.
