Why are you applying for Security Captain?​ I'm applying for security captain for multiple reasons, firstly I have been playing a lot of Security Sargent and being a Captain is the next step. The second reason is that I wish to improve the department in multiple ways​ Hosting RRT/Heavy tryouts during an alternative time: By that I mean hosting tryouts during the 10PM - 2AM MST Range. Due to my timezone I mostly play in that region and I have hardly ever seen any tryouts or any sort of GenSec activity done and I would like to fix that. Introduce a more standardize and fair system: By that I mean making a roll call every 30 minutes and assigning everyone a duty (example: Watchtower duty, Airlock duty, Escorting Duty), This would help with making D-Block less of a mess

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:​ Experience leading: During my time as a Nu7 NCO, I had hosted 2 tryouts, have supervised many Enlisted and have hosted many trainings (15+), same thing goes for my time as a Chaos Insurgency Delta, where I had lead a lot of raids (5+) and have hosted a tryout. Same thing goes for my time in the research department, it should also be to note that I had conducted a few sweeps Experience helping/training people: During my time as a executive researcher I had a lot of experience training and helping researchers, in total I have 32 Researchers trained since the introductions of the spreadsheet and probably double that since I joined the department. This is very useful considering that a majority of the department are new players Experience with document writing: During my time as an executive researcher I have gained experience writing documents and reports. In total I have 10 Excellent rated documents and 4 IA Incident Reports, While not the most useful skills its still useful when writing stuff like: Disciplinary action reports, Sweep reports, tryouts reports and so on.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:​ GenSec Captains have the duty of overseeing the department/training GenSec/Leading the department, this can be done in multiple ways some of them would be ​ Hosting RRT/Heavy Tryouts: Conducting Sweeps: Make sure CoE/CoC is respected: Discipline GenSec when necessary: Assigning duties to GenSec: Writing Sweep/Punishment Report: Aprove GenSec related Documetns This is by no means a full list just the main duties of a GenSec Captain​ ​

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:​ Old UK lore​ ​ Erl was born in Detroit, to a scientist mother/father. Despite this, in Erl's life science was the least of his interests. Ever since he was young Erl's interests layed in fighting and war. From getting into constant fights over nothing to playing war games whenever he could, Erl was as far away from his parents roots. In school Erl did well although not an A student he wasn't a complete moron, and managed to graduate high school with a diploma. After finishing high school Erl Chose to go into marketing college, while he had no interest in the field he knew that its a good degree to have as a backup and that he needed a degree to join the officer school, which he did after 4 years of grueling and mind boring college.​ ​ Erl loved the army. Very much so, and after a 2 year officer school he graduated with honors and was sent out to become a 2LT. And was sent out to Camp Bullis Army Base, there he was tasked with guarding the base and training the Enlisted, a very boring job. And not one to his liking. Thankfully for Erl, he was chosen to serve in Afghanistan after his promotion from LT to CPT. Where is was in charge of a company of 150 men guarding a military outpost. While not a grand adventure it was still more action than at the old base. This is also the first time Erl was in touch with the SCP foundation. While not known to him LTCOL was an intelligence agent of the foundations and was tasked with responding to surface anomalies, often times done covertly by one of his squadrons of MTF Lambda-14. Through his good work Erl Had been chosen to oversee 30 GenSec and was given the rank of CPT. This came as a pleasant surprise as Erl was considering retiring from the army due to the boredom of the job.​ ​ During his time as a captain in the SCP foundation Erl, had done multiple things. He managed to secure a shipment of riot gear he manage to secure at a bargain from a closing prison near San Antonio. This had helped the site a lot when dealing with riots. On top of that he has also managed to recruit a lot of his former Servicemen depending on how he felt fit, this helped a lot with the sites recruitment problems at the time.​ ​
