I have received a few warnings some for fail RP and 1 for rdm

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I feel that I can make a good executive because I will make the foundation production make sure everything is going along great, make sure documents are overseen, and make sure nobody is doing anything that they should not be doing. Also, because research is fun, I enjoy doing it. The execs are nice people. I know one that was a JR. and I showed him the ropes and now he is standing tall and I would like to join him on his crusade.

I feel that I could guide people and help shape the foundation into a good place by helping the people who need it such as jr's and research+ with everyday tasks, and make the whole experience fun for everyone.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?:
1 You can see it under the cross test under 912 and 7722 (before ethics locking 7722 from regular testing). I feel what makes a document great is grammar and the idea of the test as jewels once said to me "make sure you make a test different from the others" which id feel made a great influence on me

Here is a short little description of what I was able to make for the character:
Name: Big Steve
Origins: Denmark
Ever since Big Steve was a Little Steve he had Wondered about the world too much in everyday life. He thought about everything in the world around him. He was very open-minded about the world he lived in and how balance is made. When he was a kid he Looked at animals and their patterns. When he got into school he was brilliant in the world. When he turned 17 in high school the foundation kept a close eye on two things: his brilliance for the world and the fact that he interacted with SCP 5094 better known as Miss J's Whiz Kidz SchoolHouse. When he got done in college he got scouted out by the SCP foundation for a job which he accepted as a junior researcher slowly climbing up the ranks to the executive researcher position.
(I'd be really nice if could get executive and fun to be able to have and help others).
