- None received.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- I enjoy the roleplay within the Research Department and writing documents. Discovering new ways to interact with SCPs and utilize their properties is thrilling. Writing documents in-game really helps you feel like a part of the SCP Foundation. It was the first department I participated in and have loved my time as a Junior all the way to Senior Researcher. I want to be able to take a leadership position and help this department flourish along side the rest of the leadership team. The Research Department seems to only be getting better from here and I want to take an active role in that. I seek to teach those new to the department and educate those all across the foundation. I've already helped some of the Junior personnel with testing and ways to document and believe I could do so better as an Executive. Becoming a Clearance Level Four (4) holder would also allow greater roleplay opportunities within the Foundation both when it comes to research and interactions with other departments/Groups of Interest.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- I am an active member of the research department that has been able to perform multiple tests within both Light Containment and Heavy Containment which has given me the knowledge of procedures to follow while testing and preparing. I've prided myself on my ability to be both professional when testing or cooperating with my fellow researchers and being able to be less serious when appropriate. I have reached a point where multiple people in Research Leadership positions have considered me a trusted member of the Department. Like I mentioned before I have already been able to help new Junior members of the Research Department learn their role in the Foundation and would continue to do such on-boarding as an Executive Researcher. While I do love research I have also taken the time to learn the roles of the other Departments around Site-65 including Medical, General Security, External Affairs, and Internal Security and have been able to keep those roles in mind when dealing with those departments as a researcher.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
- At the moment I only have two excellent-graded documents under my belt. Those being a termination trial on SCP-096 using SCP-914 on "Rough" and a cross-test between SCP-012 and SCP-714. I additionally have produced multiple good-graded documents. I am still experimenting with different styles and formats to find what really works for me and am flexible to trying new methods.

As for what could constitute an excellent document they all must at least contain a cover, index, briefing of involved SCPs, goal of study, hypothesis/expected outcome, methodology, results, and conclusion/recommended use of information. Utilizing images and including any additional information that relates to the test would contribute to an excellent grading as well. Use of full names instead of abbreviations (Ex: Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 code-named "Nine-Tailed Fox" vs MTF E-11) assists in making your document feel more professional and as if the document actually existed in the SCP Foundation. I always tell people to give their documents some personal touch that feels unique to them. And possibly the most important step is effort! You cannot get an excellent grade without really trying and wanting to get the grade.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
- Those holding the Executive Researcher position are responsible for guiding new researchers and providing tips to ensure their success within the department. By doing this we can teach the Junior Personnel to not break the CoE or CoC as well. The grading of documents additionally falls into their purview and it is up to them to give proper critiques and praise to the authors. Authorization also starts with the Executive Team, only going up from them. Briefing of Clearance Level 4 information may fall onto them as well when a Senior Researcher comes to them requesting it to research. In these cases they are to supervise the tests on Clearance Level 4 anomalies. This is all while they conduct their own studies to further the Foundation's pool of knowledge.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Arikel A. Mora had operated as an Anthropologist, particularly that of cultural of archaeological Anthropology. He had begun his time among the anomalous by discovering an ancient tablet depicting various anomalous objects and entities. Some of these were of designated SCPs contained by the SCP Foundation. Shortly after discovery, copies of the tablet started appearing online as Mora sought to educate the world on this record of human history. A now disbanded Mobile Task Force had been dispatched to locate Mora and interrogate him on the object. It was ultimately decided to offer Mora a job as a researcher within the SCP Foundation as long as he was able to wipe the tablet from the internet. He was placed within CASKPW Site-65's Department of Anomalous Research.

Given Mora's degree in Anthropology, it was no surprise when he began to take an interest in the anomalies discovered from archaeological digs or coming from human creation. An inclination towards theological and occult studies should additionally be noted when it comes to anomalies studied by Mora, most notably SCP-073 and SCP-076 sharing resemblance to the biblical Cain and Able. The Researcher has recently been found sympathizing with certain anomalies, which have been met with attempts of correction. The success of these attempts are unverifiable at the moment, though Psychological Evaluations have shown the possibility of success.

(Mora would immediately be drawn into anything involving world-wide human history and culture. This includes religion and various occult practices. Additionally this would apply to anomalies created by humanity.)
