Well first i will say Clarity: An excellent document is clear and concise. It effectively displays information making it easily understandable to a broad audience including researchers containment specialists and other staff.
Next we will talk about accuracy: Document must provide accurate and up-to-date information ensuring that all details are factually correct. Precision is crucial especially in containment procedures and descriptions of anomalous objects. now i know lore may differ from site to site but we all have a general idea of what to expect from the foundation and or server lore.
Organization: Information is organized logically with a clear structure that can easily be navigated and referenced. This helps readers find specific details quickly this is why i always add a Table Of Contents to my Documentation.
The Completion of a document: An excellent document includes all relevant information. It leaves no gaps in the data providing a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter wether it be sampling or testing.
keeping it Real and Professional: The document maintains a professional and formal tone. It adheres to the SCP Foundation's standards for documentation and avoids unnecessary verbiage or informal language Basically dont BS around with documentation keep it clean real and informative.
Consistency: The document follows established SCP documentation formats ensuring consistency across all Foundation materials. This consistency aids in efficient referencing and retrieval I for one like to keep my formatting pretty similar amongst most of my documents yes they may vary between all anomalies but overall a clean look is what i go for.

He collaborated with other departmental members to ensure the containment and ethical treatment of SCP-049 considering its unique abilitie to turn individuals affected by a so called Pestilence this was truly a remarkable study by DINO HERNANDEZ with approval from ethics able to test not only on 5 D-Class but a HUGE Collaboration with SCP - 049 - 2 SCP - 500 and SCP - 914.
SCP-035 Obsession & Possession : HERNANDEZ played a big role in understanding the enigmatic properties of SCP-035 not only that but actually SCP-035 is what peaked DINO HERNANDEZ into eventually studying SCP - 049 the Plague doctor, the Possessive Mask and His research helped educate personnel about the memetic and cognitive effects of the mask enabling more secure containment and advanced studies into its disturbing abilities.

I'm applying for the position of Executive Researcher because I believe it's the next logical step in my career within the SCP Foundation. Over the year I've demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing not only my understanding of anomalous objects and their containment but facility wide knowledge. As an Executive Researcher I can contribute my experience, expertise, and leadership to further enhance our organization's research and containment capabilities. Experience: I have accumulated a year of experience as a Senior Researcher working on various SCP objects and projects ranging from very simple 1 D-Class Personnel testing all the way of up to 5 D - Class test's approved by ethics.
