For how long have you played on CG SCP: I have played on CG SCP for about 10 months, or since May 22nd, 2023.
Age: 15
In what country are you located?: United States
Time zone: EST
Character name(s): Maxwellington
Civilian name: Maxwellington
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP USA
Do you have a mic?:
- Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- E-11 Specialist
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- N/A
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- I am applying for the position of Executive Researcher because I want to advance my career in the research department and bring about the right change this department needs for its success. I want to fester other people's interests in creativity and research. Most of the time people must teach themselves, however as an Executive Researcher I would host lectures frequently as well as community events to boost activity. I have spent most of the time playing on the server as a member of the research department, and I would love to continue moving up.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- I have been a part of the community for about 10 and a half months now, and over these 10 months I have gained experiences and friendships. I have accomplished a great many things while being in the research department and my experience is unmatched compared to others. I am also extremely dedicated when I want to do something, I make it happen.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
- Before the document wipe, I had 5 Excellent graded documents on multiple SCPs. Such as SCP-939, SCP-966, and more. A document's excellency is dependent upon 3 major factors. Consistency, Conciseness, and elaboration. If a document has all three of these a document can be excellent. An example of these factors could be, while creating a document, the same font is used for text to allow easy reading. Being concise in documentation allows specific feelings or statements to be represented. Finally, elaboration allows details to be added for accuracy and clear description.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
- The role of an Executive Researcher is to supervise and instruct other researchers. As well as this, Executive Researchers are also required to sign documentation, grade research reports, and are responsible for answering any questions that are presented to them. They are leaders in not only the research department, but the Foundation as well.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Maxwell "Maxwellington" Argila was born in 1992 in Miami, Florida. Throughout his childhood he was obsessed with space, the stars, and science. As he grew up, his father being in the United States military, influenced him to join. After graduating from the Air Force Academy with a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering in 2014, Maxwellington joined the United States Air Force as a Second Lieutenant. Over the course of his military career Maxwellington has been noted to be involved with experimental electronic devices. In 2020 the Foundation took note of Maxwellingtons incredible talent with electronics and the field of science and has been working with the Foundations research department ever since switching from advanced electronics to life sciences and analysis of chemicals.
