Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:2 Warnings total one was for toxicity (was over 3 years ago) One for name con (as I didn't know my character Miamma Poon, violated the server rules that I've had numerous staff sits with and it not being an issue.) other then that no kicks or bans.
How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: 03/17/26 exactly 28 days in the USA was senior agent in the UK for awhile (1 or 2 years ago) was there prior but come over to the U.S servers as I find a lot more enjoyable in RP state and get along better.
Why are you applying for Special Agent? I am applying for Special Agent: Because I believe I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills in a variety of situations. In my role as Senior Agent, I have maintained a high standard of professionalism, respect, and conduct toward everyone and have also conducted good negotiation skills. I would also like to contribute more actively by hosting additional DEA try-outs, since the wipe there have been few recently. Most importantly, I want to help improve the DEA by increasing the frequency of training sessions, creating more immersive roleplay scenarios, and showcasing the value of the DEA and making it active again.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: I believe I am suitable for this role because I have strong knowledge. Not only have I been able to stay active throughout my experience, I have never been discouraged from my first application. I have also developed solid leadership skills and understand how to recruit new agents and keep them active within the DEA. I have since returned with a genuine interest in helping improve the DEA. I also have extensive experience in combat situations, leadership, negotiations, and raids. And prepared for whatever gets thrown at me in terms of RP situations I also have a fast willing mindset and can act on actions simultaneously. Wherever from finding out that a MCND member went in the foundation without authorisation, or without the correct paper work to enter to code 1's to a CI kidnapping I can act efficiently and effectively without impulse.

What makes a document good?: Although I have never written a document ( Other then Arrest reports) but however, I know a good document consist of proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, simple and easy to follow, appropriate for the situation and audience. And lastly good formatting.
