Your point would be more tangible if it was something that occurred over a year ago.

There are also things in your past you will absolutely be judged on, it's quite literally human nature - There are literal wars today and justifications of said wars based on the past.

On a more relevant note, your past actions affect how everyone in the server looks at you. You may disagree, but even past affiliation with known blacklisted players gets you put on a watchlist in the server.

No no not a spy, I've already reached a fairly high position in O-1 and know of the tasks/Responsibilities of ECAs in which I feel if I was to apply for ECA I wouldn't feel that sort of "change of environment" per say so for OSA I feel it'll give me new responsibilities and more options for RP

However, as someone who was slightly in the know on that situation, his biggest crime was just being abjectly stupid and I hope he's learned from what happened. Other than that, he's a good egg and is more than qualified for ECA OSA.

Ive actually talked with him a little abt this, and i do agree with everything being said here.

Hes an amazing person overall

He absolutely did copy the doxxes and post them to his own server. Like I said though, it was mostly just him being stupid, rather than actively malicious, in the fact he copied them then lied about doing so.

As I also said, he's always been good on the server, and if NL has deemed him able to come back from it, then that's that.
