I have received warns in the past, but they are so old at the time of this being published that I do not what were the reasons for the warns and that they are probably inactive.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?:
Well, It has been some time since I last played the server and I am having the same blast I had when I first starting playing the server. The best moments I had where on Intel and B-1 and, since DEA is an amalgamation of both of them, it is natural that I started maining more and more DEA than any other rol on the server. I really want to kickstar my journey through site leadership in the place where I love so much and the one that I am more knowledgeable of.
How long have you been a Senior Agent for?
I have been Sneior agent for a while now since I played the server, but if we are taking only in consideration this current time, for about a week and a half.
What makes you suitable for Special agent?:
Certain key attributes make me suitable for Special agent such as:
-Knowledge: I have been in leadership positions before and I am very familiar with the in's and out's of being a lv.4 . I know a great amount of information about department policies, the CoC and the CoE, the general interactions beetwen each department with the EC and O5, what is the duties of a Lv.4 personnel.
-Leadership: Being a leader is not easy and I know that for a fact, but thanks to my experience in other roles I learned to be a good leader. From managing multiple personnel, organizing important raids or policies changes, to delivering punishment when the situation calls for, I have been molded to help the department and my collegues to lead the day-to-day operations.
-Loyalty: When I put my heart at it, I will follow through. No matter what happens, my loyalty will always be towards the people of my epartment. Any problem or question they have, I would try my best to help them throught their journey inside the department that I care for.
-communicative: Anything important that happens, I communicate it. I am always attentive for information inside and outside gameplay. I ensure that any relevant orders, information, operations or emergencies are handled with the best communication chain possible no matter what.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I have written multiple documents as a researcher and as an Intel Operative and Ambassador. A document is good when you can inform the one reading it in a matter that is to the point. Information is useless when is cluttered and overextended, so for a document to be good it has to be packed with the information you want to communicate to the reader, but in a format where the reader can understand your idea and any concept that might be difficult to understand without prior experience or investigation.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
The Special Agent's primary goal is to be the main face of the DEA and work to keep the foundation’s secrets safe from GOIs outside and inside the foundation. They have the utmost professionalism and interest in anything related within their department and have the crucial role of training new operatives and senior agents to carry special operations and safeguarding against the hostile advancements of enemy GOIs to keep tabs on their whereabouts and intentions. Special Agents work very closely with Nu-7 and with their superiors to ensure the constant protection of the foundation from different situations that concern Ci, GOC, or MC&D, as well to prepare to be the face of diplomatic interactions between these organizations, of course, to the benefit of the foundation at all times. Special Agents are also in charge of keeping tabs on the current operations DEA Operatives are in the process of doing, as well as keeping tabs on any important discovery of new GOIs in the area of Site-65.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Born to a poor family in the suburbs of San Jose, Costa Rica, Fidel Mendez has always been on the lookout for opportunities to shine. Although not the best in school at a young age, always being ridiculed for not being what the other kids in his town said was “Normal”, he had a passion for protecting the well-being of everyone around him and their most obscure secrets. Fidel started to build his reputation as the “El Castillo de Los Secretos” (The castle of secrets) and managed to shine as a very reliable person despite the terrible situation many of his friends and family were going through. As he grew, he started understanding an old saying his grandfather Luis, an old librarian of the “Miguel Obregón” Nacional Library, “knowledge equals power”. This mentality helps Fidel to rise from poverty and into the “Judicial Investigative Organization Agency” (O.I.J. in Spanish) as an intelligence agent with the code name "Castillo" to help uncover cases of fraud, misuse of government funds, and illegal activity in Costa Rica. During 5 years in his position, Fidel gained knowledge and tactics on cover-up operations, misinformation campaigns, and public relations to become the best of the best. It wasn’t until he received a letter from an unknown source on December 4 of 2022, that he was invited to work for a foundation named S.C.P. as an agent for the intelligence department in one of their facilities in Canada. At that moment, Fidel thought about this new job proposal, he thought to himself if he had sufficient intelligence and knowledge to be a good agent or even had the skills to work with another set of people, but most importantly, keep much deeper secrets that could end his and his family’s life, but he remembered what his grandfather used to tell him. A new opportunity means more knowledge and more knowledge means the power to mold his future in his new job. While on the airplane to Canada, he made a new promise to himself, he would be the castle of the information department and protect the foundation from malicious individuals who want to mess with what he now is his number one priority: The secrets of the foundation.
