What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I, mostly, bring a good set of skills I manage to harness from my time in B-1 and intel. I am quite flexible in most situations, meaning I can perform high-important tasks without being nervous. I can bring crucial decision-making in difficult situations and communicate well with my colleagues in operations to ensure no detail about the mission goes unnoticed. Great knowledge of lore and in-game mechanics makes RP with me an enjoyable experience for other GOIs and Foundation personnel. Great diplomatic skills with other groups in which choosing the overall set of words you will say matters in this situation. Overall, my best attribute is adaptability for any situation, mission, or RP situation I might be enrolled in and, with this, ensure that the task I do is done right.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
Apart from knowing great friends that are already inside the GOC, I always had a fascination with the GOC from the beginning lore-wise, and gameplay. Lore-wise, I am quite the SCP lore nerd, and one of my favorite lore, SCP-Related tales, canons, and more are from the GOC making me super-exited to join the GOC when I first started playing in the server and feel I am inside the SCP universe when I play, just as I have felt when playing in the foundation. Gameplay-wise, the GOC has fascinated me with their specialty to create a new RP experience with both CI and the foundation in which the GOC roles fit different people and styles of gameplay showing the infinite time of fun adventures and many combinations of RP scenarios within and outside the GOC.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC was founded based on protecting humanity against para-threats by all means necessary and ensuring the complete termination of all para-threats in the world. Another important reason why it was founded, is to centralize multiple occult groups, different nations of the world, and GOIs to fight against para-threats and avoid any weaponization and personal advantage by any group of said para-threats that attempt against human life.
What do the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in, and give an example of some functions they do:
- PHYSICS: The armed branch of the Global Occult coalition. Similar to the foundation’s MTF forces, they are tasked with the security and military actions of the GOC. They are the main force to lockdown a zone where a para-threat is to ensure research and the following destruction of the para-threats.
-PSYCHE: They are the diplomatic branch of Global Occult Coalition. They work very closely with different GOIs to ensure good diplomatic relationships with every one of them, especially the Foundation. It comprises different ambassadors, ensuring no relation with the GOIs goes hostile-like when dealing with anomalies.
-PTOLEMY: The support and research branch of the Global Occult Coalition. Comprised of researchers and logistics personnel, they work to research the different para-threats the GOC comes into contact with and also keep the smooth operation of the GOC internal structure with materials and supplies transportation to all the different branches.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The GOC has five main goals known as “The Fivefold mission”. These five missions consist on:
-Survival: To ensure the survival of the whole human race against the different para-threats that plague the world by all means necessary. This mission comes first above all the rest!
-Concealment: To conceal all the information and evidence of para-threats from the world to ensure peace amongst men and avoid possible panic, fear, and human casualties if the existence of para-threats comes to light.
-Protection: Although this rule is considerably expandable when the situation needs human life to be sacrificed for the greater good of humanity, the GOC has the mission to protect all human beings (Including GOC members) against para-threats by all means necessary.
-Destruction: It is GOC’s mission to ensure that all para-threats get neutralized a no risk that the anomaly survives and people’s lives get lost because of this decision.

Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
At the end of world war II, the Paranormal force of the Nazi’s SS group known as “Ahnenerbe” tried to complete “the rites of Solomon” with the help of an occult organization known as “Thule-Gesselschaft” using LTE-0913-Ex-Machina’s destruction as the main start of the rites. They were defeated by a specialized group known as “Allied Occult Initiative” (which will be later named GOC) with the help of the Foundation and FBI’s “Unusual Incident Unit”.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
I mostly find their objectives mirror the Foundation’s objectives quite the main difference between them. The foundation wants to keep anomalies and study them as long as they can, while the GOC puts humanity as its priority and understands that having these anomalies existing is a constant danger to the human race, so they decide to destroy them by any means necessary, but they also keep a close relationship with the Foundation. Another GOI I find that opposed the GOC goals is the “Serpent’s Hand”. This GOI is pretty famous and is a main reflection of both the GOC and Foundation in that they want to release SCP from the GOC’s hand and make the existence of all anomalies public to the world so they can better themselves as a whole, which, of course, goes against what the GOC main beliefs are.

Biographical Information:
Born to a poor family in San Carlos, Alajuela, Sebastian Madrigal Ramon,”, lived a quiet peaceful life helping his family meet ends with the fruits and vegetables they managed to harvest on their little property. Sebastian, was a bulky kid, fighting and defending the kids from the dangers due to his stature and contexture. He is hard as a piece of metal, but also very flexible and loving with his loved ones and friends gaining the surname “Titanio”. Wanting to continue his defender role, he joined the “Public Force of Costa Rica” (P.F.C.R) as a simple agent, and from there, he gained a notorious reputation as a policeman that get into the toughest of situations where heavy-hitting units would be needed. From there he joined the UEI (The Special Support Unit) to increase his combat abilities and protect his country among the elite fighting force of the country.
F.P.C.R career: Joined as a recluse at age 18, quickly managed to climb the ranks of the F.P.C.R. Noticed by his superiors over 6 years, he managed to get from “agent” rank to “Police Captain” in which he started overseeing all the police duties of his hometown and near-towns. Fighting alongside his fellow policeman managed to complete more than 5 investigations on extremely dangerous criminal groups in the region of “Alajuela” and reformed many of the already aging standards that the P.F.C.R already had. It wasn’t until 5/7/20--. After a great terrorist attack on the embassy of Nicaragua, he would be recruited by the high commands of the Ministry of security to join the UEI (The Special Support Unit), the best of the best, the country has to offer.
UEI career: After getting into the UEI at age 27, his superiors saw the potential Sebastian, so, pushed by a special training offered by them the United States military, Sebastian was sent to the United States for 5 years to train with the Green berets in the 3rd SF group in Fort Bragg. N.C. There, he was trained to be an expert in urban tactics and warfare, marksmanship of both light, heavy, and explosive weaponry, and, by showing great interest, he received special training as a sniper for the Sniper Brigade of the UEI, known as the “Dardos venenosos” (Poison Darts). From there, he climbed the ranks of the DV unit until he managed to get to the rank of “Command sergeant of the sniper brigade”.
Joining the GOC: The UEI was called to a little town near the frontier of Nicaragua named “Los Chiles” to deal with a supposedly dangerous guerilla group known as “The Polytheist of the jungle”, Sebastian has already dealt with this group before during other missions, but what he heard during the debriefing terrified him beyond belief. The biohazard brigade Number 3 and 5, composed of more than 20 members each, went radio silent after receiving a special indication from high command about the terrorist organization’s activities with a stolen virus from the CDS in the United States. The DV, under the command of Sebastian, was deployed to scout the area of the village and find the missing operatives. When deployed, his group moved closer through the nearby jungles when they reached the main village. He saw how many people were dead on the streets from a weird mucus-like substance oozing and building into the walls and streets. Several members of the Biohazard team were found in advance states of decomposition near the town hall all with important documentation about the type of infection. It was until he realized this infection nature was once of a supposedly “SCP-610”. The Polytheist attacked an unmodifiable Bio-truck near the frontier of “Los Chiles” village when they managed to open the truck wide open, releasing a flesh monster. This monster ran through the jungle, not before killing all the polytheists of the jungle that participated in the raid, binding them to the truck they destroyed. This monster managed to get into the center of the village and start infecting all the innocent people through the water supplies of the village. Sebastian was in shock, he hasn’t seen anything like this and the consequences that this will bring if they do not stop it. Suddenly, his whole brigade was ambushed by flesh-like creatures resembling humans. They tried to hold them off with fire but were quickly surrounded. One by one, his men got engulfed into this fleshy mass never to be seen again. Cornered in an office near the town hall, he was ready to die, just to be knocked unconscious by a big explosion that originated from the streets near the office he was hiding. After waking up from being knocked out, he was surrounded by different members of what he was supposedly UN members, but these had something different plaster in their uniforms. A captain named "Jonson A. Boris introduced himself to Sebastian. He was told that he was the only survivor of this infectious anomaly. The captain offered him consolation for his killed mates, but quickly changed the topic. He offered to join an organization known as the GOC, an organization that fights world-ending anomalies and destroys them for the protection of the human race.
