Held Position(s): Senior Researcher & Senior Doctor
Held Clearance: Level Three (3)

Public History: Prior to Mora's employment at the SCP Foundation he was an active anthropologist. More specifically, he worked in cultural and archaeological anthropology. Mora was scouted by the Foundation after his discovery of [REDACTED] on the island of [REDACTED]. It was decided to place Arikel at Site-65 as a Junior Researcher to begin his anomalous studies. After various studies on the inanimate anomalies located at Site-65, most notably SCP-012 and SCP-714, it was decided to allow him Level Two (2) Clearance and was promoted to Researcher.

Shortly after receiving the promotion Mora showed an interest in the Site-65 Department of Medicine and was authorized for cross-training between the Research Department and Department of Medicine. There Arikel was able to earn his Medical License and rise to the rank of Senior Doctor and allowed Clearance Level Three (3) when conducting his medical duties. Most recently he has returned to the Department of Research and continued his studies there. Mora has received promotion to Senior Researcher and has been give Clearance Level Three (3) within the department.

At the moment his focus appears to be on the Department of Research but has been allowed to maintain both Senior positions.

Current Name: Arikel A. Mora
Previous Alias: "Antediluvian"
Clearance Held: Level Three (3)

CLASSIFIED HISTORY: Though its true that Mora studied as a cultural and archaeological anthropologist prior to employment at the SCP Foundation, he is no stranger to the anomalous. Mora had previously used the alias of "Antediluvian" while in service to the Serpent's Hand. The alias translates to "Before the Flood" likely referencing the biblical flood. The position held is unknown but is presumably on the lower end due to his general lack of knowledge in wider Serpent's Hand operations. It was decided to administer Class E amnestics as well as low doses of Class F amnestics to instead utilize Mora's skills within the foundation.

The Foundation became aware of "Antediluvian" after his discovery of a tablet detailing various anomalous objects on the island of Sri Lanka. As a Serpent's Hand member tends to do, Mora began spreading the information to the public. This prompted the creation of a temporary Mobile Task Force as some of the information being spread included anomalies within Foundation containment. The aforementioned tablet's current location is unknown and by the time of Mora's capture was presumable turned over to higher ranking Serpent's Hand members to ensure it couldn't fall into Foundation hands.

Specialized Procedures: Arikel Mora is to be permanently excluded from this file regardless of Clearance Level unless authorized to view by the O5 Council. If viewed by Mora he is to be administered amnestics based on the time of viewing unless allowed to retain the knowledge by either the O5 Council or Ethics Committee. The individual is never to be allowed interactions with members of the Serpent's Hand unless decided to be absolutely necessary. A monthly psychological evaluation is required to be performed on Mora to ensure his beliefs remain within the interests of the SCP Foundation.

In regards to the required Psychological Evaluation placed upon Arikel Mora I will be entirely responsible as the player for this and do not expect others to enforce this.
