Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why? I've never received anything crazy like a ban, or a kick. I've received less than a handful of warnings, and unfortunately, I can't clearly recall when I received them, but I recall one being for assisting injured CI (on the UK server as 2295) and got warned for teaming as an SCP. But if my record is brought up, and shows any concerns I am more than happy to explain.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
-
I enjoy the gameplay loop of ISD, and I was a member of it for a few months when it was still called IA (Internal Affairs). Logging in to actively monitor what’s happening within the site while helping maintain the Foundation’s veil of secrecy has been one of my favorite parts of the job. I’ve already assisted in gathering evidence and intelligence across multiple departments, and I take pride in conducting thorough, impartial reviews to uphold the FLC, CoC, and CoE. With a promotion to Inspector, I plan to become more involved in arbitrations and tribunals, contributing in a more formal capacity. I make it a point to attend as many proceedings as possible in hopes to learn from my peers, offer legal counsel when appropriate, and ensuring standards are upheld consistently and fairly.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?
-
Although I’ve only recently returned to ISD, my dedication to the department has never changed. Back when it operated as IA, I worked diligently to earn my levels and qualify as an agent, which gave me a strong foundation in learning the FLC, CoC, and CoE. I am well versed in the regulations we uphold and understand the importance of enforcing them fairly and consistently. In addition, my previous leadership roles both inside and outside of the Site have prepared me to take on greater responsibility. I have experience in training, but most importantly mentoring, and guiding personnel, both within specialized teams and across broader departments. I understand what it means to lead by example, maintain professionalism, and develop others to meet upheld standards. With that background, I am confident in my ability to support, mentor, and help shape the future of ISD while ensuring our operations remain structured, impartial, and effective.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?
-
Someone who leads by example while remaining adaptable and open to growth. They should be confident in their decisions, but also willing to learn and adjust as policies or situations evolve. Beyond that, a strong Inspector is someone the entire site, not only ISD, can rely on. They must demonstrate fairness, professionalism, and sound judgment so that personnel trust them. Integrity and consistency are key core values a good Inspector should have.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?
-
I've written a handful of documents. Primarily, some SCP lore documents, when requested, and a full 27-page medical handbook in my days as a Consultant for new members to understand every department, and how their role fits within each one. If they're major now, or ever have been, is beyond me to judge, but what I do know is that what makes a good RP document is that the document should feel like it’s written through the lens of the in-universe author, shaped by their role, responsibilities, and understanding of the site’s mission. Consistency, clarity, and alignment with established lore are what ultimately elevate a document from functional to impactful.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?
-
Monitoring Site staff to ensure compliance with policy, protocol, and Foundation standards. They oversee investigations, gather and review evidence, and ensure that disciplinary or corrective actions are handled fairly and professionally. They may also lead or supervise operations and handle higher-profile incidents, particularly those involving CL4 personnel or sensitive matters requiring discretion and sound judgment.
Ultimately, the Inspector serves as both an enforcer of standards and a stabilizing authority within the site’s chain of command.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security
-
I believe I would be a strong leader within ISD because of my consistent dedication to the department and its mission. I have a solid understanding of the Legal Codex, Code of Conduct, and Code of Ethics, and I know how to apply them fairly and consistently in real situations.
Beyond just policy knowledge, I do my best to maintain professional relationships across multiple regiments. I’m confident in my ability to lead by example, mentor our members, and guide ISD in a way that strengthens both the department and the site as a whole.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in
Graham Crumb is a former high-ranking MTF operative whose loyalty to the Foundation borders on absolute. For most of his life, he operated in the shadows, leading retrieval missions, overseeing information expungement, and, when necessary, ensuring entire populated areas became ghost towns to preserve the veil of secrecy. His record is decorated, but heavily redacted.
Years of exposure to anomalous horrors and morally gray directives left their mark. The turning point came during a reconnaissance-turned-assault on the den of SCP-██████. Then Captain Crumb led the strike team personally. The unit was ambushed in the tunnels beneath the anomaly’s nest. Faced with total loss and imminent breach, Graham made a decisive call; collapsing the tunnel entrance and sealing the entity inside. The action neutralized the threat but killed his team. He survived, recovered physically by the Foundation… but not unchanged.
Psychological evaluations ultimately deemed him unfit for continued MTF field leadership. In the aftermath of the failed operation and the deaths of his men, Graham faced a formal Tribunal to determine accountability. While his decision to collapse the tunnels prevented a greater breach, the loss of his entire strike team weighed heavily in the proceedings.
Rather than allow the situation to publicly tarnish a decorated operative, a Department Director within ISD reviewed his case in detail. After consulting with senior Foundation officials, they determined that Graham’s actions, while severe, were strategically sound under the circumstances. He was not reckless — he was decisive.
Instead of dismissal or quiet removal, he was presented with a choice: fade into administrative obscurity, or continue serving the Foundation in a different capacity.

Graham chose to remain useful.

He transferred to Internal Security.
