Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I want to become higher as a Researcher it's one of the things I find most fun. I also feel that there is way to many mingy researchers I was playing IA today and within 2 hours of me getting on I had already arrested 3 researchers for absurd mingy things. One of the most common rule breaking I see is research personal not going to pw during code 4-5 and just running around. I've also seen researchers with full automatic guns shooting at people which is just wrong. I want to change that and that's what of the biggest reasons I wanna be an executive. Most importantly though I just wanna have fun and do more stuff and more higher level tests and lab work. I will take the job very seriously. I do very much feel like research needs a change and more strict rules enforced so it's not a minge fest. That is why I wanna be an executive researcher. Some people may also thing "Guzzler" is a mingy name but I've used it for months and it isn't used in a mingy way. I as well wanna teach new researchers how to do stuff that are having trouble.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
Well I think an important thing is activity. I am on 6-8 hours a day and can do a lot of stuff in that time. I also won't abuse the job for example I've seen executives job ban people for little reason. I have a plan on what I will do for people who misbehave or mess up. I have a 3 strike system I do. The first 2 strikes are warnings and if they get a 3rd strike I will job ban them however I see fit. I would never job ban someone for more then 2 weeks unless they did something extreme or it was a blacklist. I also follow rules very well and protocal and would not do something unethical during an experiment.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I honestly forgot haven't done many on the US server but more on the UK one but let me explain one I did on SCP-096 and break it up. Firstly you need a title for example "0-96 DNA". I had sent a D class in with a syringe to get DNA from 0-96 I made sure the D class has a scrambler and everything to protect him. We even put a helmet on 0-96. He hits 0-96 with the syringe gets the DNA then leaves. We put him back in D-block. During the report you must write down every little action about 0-96 how he reacted and everything. After you go to the lab and examine his DNA to figure out clues about the monster and why he reacts to people looking at him. The Ethics Director was there with me as well which in it's self should prove the experiment was on the ethical. Then you must put classified on it and in my case approved by ethics as the ethics director himself approved it and was with me. You must make sure you don't accidently drop it or no one else sees it. That is how you make a good report and make sure its safe. The main point of experiments are to understand fully the scp your working on for weak points and methods to contain/kill it to promise the safety of the civilian population and the world it's self. You should also never lie on a document and must always explain EVERYTHING that happened to detail. Taking pictures as well help to see the reaction of the scp on a photo. Make sure it is well formatted and spaced out well so it doesn't feel like everything is together and overwhelming. I say following all those steps would make a good if not great report.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Guiding and doing high cl4 experiments and more secret ones lower ranking members don't know about. Making sure the research personal are all in check and punishing them if they do the wrong thing and/or teaching them how to do it correctly so they don't mess up next time. You also should teach new people stuff and make sure they know what they are doing so it is less likely they abuse.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Executive Researcher Anthony Caputchino was born in a small house in Canada. He grew up with his brother who he was very close to. When he was 20 he become a Researcher and did many amazing documents and then he got a letter in his mail one day. Asking him in his brother to come work for the nearby military base which at the time they didn't know was the foundation. His brother was a security guard so they offered him a security job and Anthony a job as a researcher. Once they got there and was briefed on everything they were amazed but horrified. They both decided to take the job Anthony starting as a Jr. Researcher and his brother as a Cadet in GENSEC. Nearly a year after he started working he was kidnapped by the CI in a raid. They waterboarded him for hours and he gave up no information he had drank copius amounts of the water they waterboarded him with. That's how he got the nickname "Guzzler" as he had guzzled and drank all that water that day without passing. After hours they started to get mad a CI officer would shoot Guzzler in his chest. He would fall forward hugging the CI officers leg begging him to help him. The officer would kick him off and Guzzler would grab his keycard secretly before falling. He crawled over to some bandages put them on. He would use the cl CI keycard to get out of the place and he would pass out at the gates. Luckily the foundation found him before he passed and saved him barely. The doctors said he would have passed if he was out there another 3 minutes. He would be made a hero of the foundation for not giving up any information and he was shortly after that made a researcher for his amazing abilities. He now refused to go by the name Anthony and was now referred to by the name of Guzzler. 10 years after that he would be made a Sr. Researcher for his work. Now 5 years later he is pushing to be made an Executive.

This is my 3rd application. I have cleaned up most things I was told not to do so i'm better now. I'm also whitelisted to more things now so I have more prior experience. 3rd time is a charm boys.

Application Denied

Thank you for taking the time to apply for Executive Researcher. Unfortunately, we have decided to deny your application for the position. This is due to not seeing you on research as much as I would prefer to see an executive researcher, as well as your plans for being executive seem far more about how you would best punish researchers and nothing about training or mentoring them, something that is very important in the executive position.

Ps. Sorry for the late reply

You can re-apply after 2 weeks from this post.
