What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I feel I am the best candidate because I have played on this server for a long time and have gained a lot of experience. I have been in many different kinds of situations that have taught me nearly everything, and I know the server from every corner of the site. I am a hard worker and always do my best to improve myself whenever I can.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Handle administrative work such as documents, reports, permits, and project coordination.
Act as a liaison between site staff and the Overseers by relaying information, forwarding concerns, and representing their interests.
Communicate and collaborate with all clearance levels of Foundation personnel, ensuring smooth operations across the facility.
Work alongside MTF Alpha-1 when required, supporting their missions or managing related documents.
Ensure personnel follow the Chain of Command and proper Foundation protocol.
Maintain stability within the facility by addressing issues as they arise and/or escalating them to an Overseer.
Return completed assignments to the Overseers with clear summaries and updates.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
The reason I wish to become an Overseer Assistant is that I would like to work in an administrative role. Every position I’ve held on the server so far has been combat-focused, but during my time as an ISD Inspector, I discovered that I have a niche for writing documents and collecting data and reports. I feel that working in an assistant role would be the best fit for my skills. Additionally, my recent appeal experience reinforced my interest in the administrative oversight. I appreciated how the O5s handled the situation, taking the time to review the facts thoroughly, and also noting that I remained calm and professional throughout the process. This recognition of composure under pressure is what spoke to me and confirmed to me that I have the mindset needed to be an effective Overseer Assistant.

His attention to detail allowed him to uncover forged permits, track missing research materials, and identify containment issues before they escalated. Throughout his time on-site, Hughes became involved in several quiet internal inquiries, often piecing together clues that pointed to deeper operational problems. He is drawn to storylines involving surveillance, internal affairs, document analysis, and uncovering hidden or suppressed information within the facility.
