For how long have you played on CG SCP: 3 years. Current VTime is 4d 9h.
Age: 22
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: PST
Character name(s): Harold Hawks
Civilian name: Gerald Hawks
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
Do you have a mic?: Yes
-
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: Ethics Committee Member, Site Manager, Internal Affairs Director, Internal Affairs Ambassador, CI-C BCOM, MTF Nu-7 CSG, MTF E-11 CSG, Internal Security Investigator.
-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: None.
-
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?: It's a role that I'm well suited for. I play Investigator just about every day that I'm on site and I enjoy my work. I want to work in a higher capacity in the department and increase my responsibilities.
-
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?: Other than past experience, I've acquainted myself with the current site culture along with the legal codex, code of ethics and code of conduct reasonably well. I'm an experienced leader and have managed numerous teams, groups, and people directly. This is something I'm good at.
-
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?: A good Inspector needs to be reasonable, rational, and kind, but authoritative. Don't be afraid to strike or remove someone from their position but put plans in place and have talks with them before such things come to pass when possible. Be diligent in your duties and be good to those around you.
-
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?: More than 10 I believe. A good document includes a front page with your signature, the topic, and perhaps an image. Then the meat of the document first starting with who was involved and where, followed by the summary of the incident and a conclusion listing the arrest time and charges. A second signature may be added under the last part on the final page.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?: Besides having higher authority to conduct arrests, there's also the requirement to participate in tribunals for CL4 personnel on request, deal with more sensitive infobreaches, conduct agent tests, approve arrest reports and grade them, and host minor ISD events or delegate duties to the agents and investigators when able.
-
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security: As I've already mentioned, I have plenty of past experience and believe that I am prepared to re-enter such a role smoothly. While Internal Security is different from when it was Internal Affairs, I believe that I can satisfy the job requirements with no issue.
-
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in: Harold Hawks took some months off to go through rehab for his cocaine addiction after having been caught on surface utilizing his disguise tools to pick up supplies from his dealer. Since he arrived back on site, he has slowly been paying off his social debt and doing right again by the Foundation in his tenure as an ISD Agent and eventually as an ISD Investigator. He never really remembers much about his past duties as an Ethics member, Site Manager, or other positions as it has all been scrambled out of him but he does foggily remember that he was a fairly good leader and administrator in his duties. Eager to rise up again after his fall from grace, Harold submits an application to once again become a Clearance 4 personnel and better serve the Internal Security Department, Site 65, and the Foundation as a whole.
