Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
After a long time of deliberation I feel it is necessary to continue my career within the site, it is necessary to continue my growth within the site as it furthers my maturity, sensibility, leadership capabilities and understanding of how I can help around the site. I have my enjoyed my time as a Chief of Security but I feel it is necessary to move forward to open the GenSec Department to new leaders to help bring forth for new, fresh, and outgoing ideas. I have done plenty to help my own department and bring forth a new era of GenSec. It is time I bring these ideas to others in order to help with the upbringing of future leaders and policies. I feel I can do a lot of good for other departments and bringing my ideas may be of great help to their growth.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
As an active member of the Civil Network Community I have had plenty of time to learn from my experiences within this community. I have learned about maturity, understanding people, leadership, communication, and dedication. Each of these has been a crucial part to my journey within this site. As a leader you need to understand what leadership really means; having the ability to influence, motivate and guide individuals or a group towards a common goal or achievement. This involves setting a direction, inspiring and empowering others to work together to achieve objectives, making decisions, solving problems and most importantly taking responsibility for the outcomes; that is be positive or negative.
With my experience of being a leader of a passive-roleplay based department and combative based departments. I have been able to gather an understanding of what both type of departments require to thrive and be successful. With this is in mind it also helped me grow in maturity and communication skills. I am able to deduce from situation to situation an how an when to address a situation. It is crucial to be able to hold yourself to a higher sense of maturity when addressing any situation. I am able to enter any situation unbiased and remain sensible and respectful.
