Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
- I'm currently applying for the IA Ambassador position because I have seen many COE violations committed by combative and noncombative personnel. For example, I have seen members of GenSec that have killed class d's without any warnings in the airlock and other areas of the facility. Also members of the scientific department doing unethical tests on SCPs like 178. I also have been given many opportunities to show my leadership skills in the department by assigning positions to newer agents when there is a lockdown, doing/helping with presentations and briefing new agents on our documents and rules. I believe that it's time for me to take on more responsibility in the department to further improve our quality of work.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
- Through my time as an IA agent I have reported many corrupt/rulebreaking agents to the director allowing the department to sort out any corrupt agents that have abused their job, I have the knowledge of the COE, rules, and regulations of our department, and have proven myself reliable if a tough job presents itself. I also have excellent teaching skills to help out any new members who have questions about the department's rules and duties, and I'm an active member of the department.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
- I have written documents on more serious crimes that foundation members have committed, in those documents, it's important to be as thorough as possible. The documents I have submitted are detailed with interviews with the accused, the victims, witnesses, and other information that I observed while witnessing the crime. It's important to be unbias, the job requires you to evaluate all sides of the story, and sometimes what you expect to be true in the beginning can be proven false after further investigation. In an incident report, you need to have the nature of the incident, the location, persons involved, injuries/casualties, and the verdict.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
- As an Internal Affairs Ambassador on the site, your responsibilities are to ensure your agents are following the rules of the department, if you catch them disguising as MTF, LVL 4 members, or any other members of staff listed as not to be disguised as they shall be punished accordingly and reported to the director for further punishment. It's also a responsibility to oversee investigations/disguises that are being committed by agents and operatives. Ambassadors also assist with presentations, informing agents of their responsibilities, and anything that the director needs assistance with.
Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Dalton Bruno was in the Adirondacks (A large mountain/forest range in Upstate New York), and while on an expedition in the local forest he located an SCP, SCP-4441-1. The SCP was to be contained fast due to possible mental effects, this caused a large portion of the containment force to be subdued. Dalton managed to capture the SCP with a trap he constructed in the SCP's habitat which impressed MTF E-11 and this event marked the beginning of Dalton's work within the foundation. As a worker in the foundation, Dalton has seen many unethical acts that have been done upon class d's and other foundation members that needed to be dealt with, Dalton vowed justice upon those who didn't follow ethical procedures and will bring down corruption.
