Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?: I recently received an RDM warning due to a misinterpretation of a rule on the forums. However, I hope that this won't overshadow my otherwise clean record. I would appreciate it if, during the interview, we can discuss the incident instead of resorting to a 2-week "band-aid" solution.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?: Yes, quite a bit. All of my experience comes from outside of GMOD, but it is experience nonetheless.

How many hours can you be on every day?: On weekdays, you can expect me to be available for an hour or more, and on weekends, I will likely be available for over two and a half hours.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: From day one, I've complained about the issues I see on this server. I could go on endlessly about what I think needs to change, but I realize that without making an effort to help, nothing will improve. I may not be able to make significant changes anytime soon, or even at all, but I can still make this server one percent better one person at a time.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: I will be happy to help with whatever you need, I would like to work on server content (I have a theory about minges) but I'll be happy with whatever.
I believe my personal experiences with bias and unfair treatment by staff bring a unique perspective to the role that sets me apart from other applicants. While this may seem like a disadvantage, it has given me a deeper understanding of what not to do, and I am confident that I can be fair and unbiased in my moderation. Furthermore, I am committed to monitoring myself to ensure that I am not contributing to the problem I joined to stop. If you have any further questions about why I was put in that situation, I would be happy to discuss it during the interview.
