Discord name: torii#7022
For how long have you played on CG SCP: ~10 months
Age: 17
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: CST
Character name(s): J. Morn, “Fingers”
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- Current Internal and External Affairs Agent
- Current CI-B
- Former Intel Agent (if that matters)
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I do have a record of warns and one ban, however, most of the warns and the ban are quite old (6+ months).
Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
Site Affairs has always given me joy for its unique roleplay in the server and it was the first faction I started to play for that fact. I want to see this faction continue to be enjoyed by others and I think I would be a good fit for a leadership position in the department. I also believe it would be a good chance for me to interact with different parts of the community that I’m not usually surrounded by.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
I believe I’m suitable for this position because I’m passionate about the department, I understand the department and its missions and will always strive to improve the department. I'm a team player who is open-minded and understands that operations done within the department or any part of the Foundation is a collective effort. Plus, I’m always willing to assist others in or out of the department.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I’ve written around 10+ documents (lost some when I reinstalled Garry’s Mod on my new PC), a few of those being incident reports for both IA and Intel, a couple propaganda documents and I’ve written a couple documents for Medical. All good documents should be informative, the ideas need to be addressed in a simple manner, have appropriate capitalization, grammar and punctuation.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
The IA Ambassador is the shepherd of Internal Affairs and helps ensure the Foundation is operating smoothly and according to the Code of Ethics. Ambassadors need to have the utmost professionalism and interest in anything related within their department. They possess the role of training new agents, educating current agents and leading agents to carry on the values of the Ethics Committee and the missions of whatever the Foundation asks of them. Ambassadors also are responsible to evaluate, supervise and approve documents written by their agents regarding incident reports, operations, investigations so they can be used effectively by authorized personnel when needed.
Please give some lore about your character and what storylines they would be involved in:
J. Morn was a Canadian military Civil Affairs agent and a journalist who dedicated his life to serving and seeking the truth. Born and raised in rural Canada, Morn often didn’t have much to do at-home besides being outside and he developed a passion for writing and journalism at a young age. Upon graduating high school, Morn went into service as a Civil Affairs agent and was deployed to numerous conflict zones assisting in clandestine operations. After his service, Morn finished his studies in English and worked as a writer for a few different agencies. However, that didn’t last long when he was then recruited by the Foundation.
