Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Yes, for various reasons such as RDM, FearRP, FailRP, Etc, the only serious ones I have are a ban for Sev Tox | Ban Evasion and a minor glitching warn from about a year and a half ago.

Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for Site Director for many reasons, the first one I'll say is I said I would apply if Asmodeus did not get it and so here I am, the second reason is that I believe I am semi-ready to take up the mantle as Site Director, while I have not been a Site Manager yet I believe I have the necessary experience and grit to succeed as a Site Director. I want to achieve greatness on site and I believe achieving Site Director would be the next logical step to this. (I also have been asked no less than 4 times tonight alone to apply for site director by annoying people in my DMs)

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
Once again I believe I have the experience and Grit for this job but also I believe I know enough about Site Administration as a whole to be able to succeed in this position. I also have learned a LOT more about certain departments structures and how they function and I believe that would assist me in my tenure as Site Director should I be given the chance to lead. I believe I am suitable because I am a generally good person to talk to and I can be extremely helpful when necessary and I also know how to make hard decisions when I need to should they arise.

I am a well spoken person most of the time and great at roleplay in my opinion which are some more reasons I believe I am suitable for Site Director, I also have firsthand experience as a cl4 and Sr. cl4 in some departments such as Medical, GSD, and DEA which I believe helped me understand those departments on a personal level. I believe should I be given the chance to succeed as Site Director I would not let you down and these are the reasons I believe I am suitable for Site Director. It goes without saying as well I have a TON of cl4 experience in every faction and a lot of Sr. CL4 experience as well.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Leading Site Administration as a whole
GOI Relations for the site
Creating projects or orders for SA to work on
Hosting SA and Sr. CL4 meetings
Calling ERT in and authing AA and KOS past airlock
Ensuring all Site Policies are up to date
Overseeing the entire site
Accepting new SA and Department Leaders applications
