Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- At this time I have 29 warnings and 8 bans on record. I would like to state that every single one is expired, and have been for at least one month. I believe I have matured to a point where I will not ever get a ban, warn, kick, etc ever again.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
-
Ever since I started playing SCP RP I have always wanted to become a executive researcher. I have poured my heart and soul into trying to become an executive. I have been a sr. researcher for around 9 months and at this point I have done just about everything you can do as a researcher. I would now like to extend my range and further my career as a researcher and become a executive researcher. I would love to be able to help my peers in a stronger manor.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
- I not only have lots of experience as a researcher but I have lots of experience in making documents. This means I can just about always distinguish a document's classification. I would also consider myself good at aiding other researchers with any queries they have. I know the rules of the research department quite well and I believe I'd do a good job explaining them. I believe that if I was given a chance you would see that I could do great things. I also am able to be on for a long time as I'm currently on summer break.

(a) How many excellent-graded documents have you written? (b)What makes a document excellent?
-
(a) I have 27 excellent-graded documents.

- (b)
1. Length: A document should have a good enough length to where you don't feel like your reading a children's book.
2. Information:A document shouldn't stop at the bare minimum and should excel with info
3. Format: A document needs to be formatted correctly with all proper additions for that specific document.
4. Personal: A document should be distinct to yourself. Outside influence isn't horrible but it should be used sparingly.
5. Grammar: The document should be smooth and easy to read with little to no spelling mistakes.
6. Extras: I personally believe that a document should have at least extra to make it really look good. (ex. images, charts, extras pages)

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-
In RP a executive researcher is tasked with handling the cl1 - cl3 research personnel. This includes approving documents or elevating their needs to the next level. A executive also handles most disciplinary action against cl1 - cl3 researchers. This includes verbal warnings, imprisonment, or job bans. They also should aid their peers with general tasks that they need help with. Executive researchers can also give tasks to their peers such as sampling or general testing. Most importantly, out of everything, you need to be a good look of professionalism in the department. Everyone is going to be looking at a executive researcher to see if the research department is a minge group or a respectable and tolerable department.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

[Life before the foundation]
Jamal Bartholomew was born in Frenchboro Maine with two brothers and three sisters. He lived in a normal house that was barely big enough to fit everyone and was given adequate meals every night. Ever since he was just a little boy in his house with his family he wanted to live a lavish and rich lifestyle. By the age of 23 he was able to make this happen but it was tiring and laboring. Sweat, work, and tears all the time, this was back breaking work.
He worked like this until 26 which is when he was able to retire with about 11.6 million dollars in his bank account. By the age of 29 he was married to the woman of his dreams and had 3 young children. Jamal was as happy as he could possibly be. One day after dropping his kids off at school he was knocked out by a some type of gas and was brought to a secure facility deep within a mountain. Until he woke up in a dark room, panicked and in shock he asked...

[The day Jamal's life changes]
Jamal: "WHERE AM I, WHAT IS THIS"
Unknown Person: "A opportunity of sorts"
Jamal: "Let me go please, I want to see my family"
Unknown Person: "I'm giving you the opportunity to join us... a secret organization known as the SCP Foundation"
Unknown Person: " You have 3 choices join our organization, leave, or die"
*Jamal thinks deeply about whether he should accept or deny... he feels about how this opportunity is once in a life time and extremely rare*
*Jamal knows he has to make a decision and he doesn't really believe they will just let him leave at all*

Unknown Person: "Time is ticking, I don't have all day buddy"
Jamal: "I... accept..."
Unknown Person: "Great, by the way you have until tomorrow to say goodbye to you family before your work starts"
Unknown Person: "Don't worry about finding us... we'll find you."
Jamal: "ok..."
*Jamal gets knocked out with something metal to the back of his head*
*Jamal wakes up in alleyway with a huge soar spot on his head. He knew it wasn't a dream...*

[Life during the foundation]
After Jamal was given his position in the research department he quickly rose to become a sr. researcher within weeks. The departmental leaders realized this and saw great potential within Jamal. One day Jamal decided that he wanted to something big, something that would interest even the people that run the foundation. Jamal went through with this idea and it was approved, it was scheduled to occur in one week.
A week had passed and Jamal was finishing up the test with incredible results. He found new information about a dangerous SCP. The department directors of research were so impressed that they wanted to give Jamal a promotion to executive researcher. Three days after his test he was escorted to the director of research's office where he was told about his promotion. Jamal was so incredibly happy that he felt like his heart was going to fall out of his chest. Jamal left that office a well respected executive researcher.

For anyone who is currently approving or denying this application, I will be out of town for about 2 and a half weeks starting Saturday. I just have one request, if my application does get approved I would like to be able to join the executive team after my 2 and a half week issue ends. (if this isn't possible that is also fine). I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
