— Mostly because I want to enjoy this experience and fulfil my dream of being it, I feel, that if I become this I can bring a lot of leadership such as good communication, accountability, integrity, honesty, creativity, innovation, inspiring others, etc, helpful, kind, team working, hard-working. I work well with others, I have plans, I want to build a career within this experience/job, I know what to do as being a part of the Security Department Category and the responsibilities it upholds, problem-solving, decision-making capabilities, negotiation. Persuasion, perseverance, motivation, and elegance when I first saw this it came to my interest straight away. I thought for once in my life I could be this, I thought to myself. I also want to also become a Security Captain on CG SCP: RP server because I think that I will be a good addition to the team, thanks to my previous experience as Security Captain on other servers. Not only that, but I joined CG approximately a few months and during that time I got to experience the server and how things work around here.
— Well, my maturity to start with. As I've played this game for over 120 days, I've matured over the years a lot. I still like to have fun and keep things light-hearted, but I'm way more serious now compared to when I first started playing good. I've gone through the COE and COC numerous times to keep myself up to date. Likewise, I really like this server because it's a breath of fresh air for me as it's a new concept, and it has seen a lot of development to make it unique from the rest of the servers.
Furthermore, I have quite a lot of experience as a Security Captain, seeing as I've held numerous high-ranking positions within different foundations over the years on different servers, and that has given me a lot of knowledge on basic ethical codes and conduct.
Likewise, I can offer Good communication, accountability, integrity, honesty, creativity, innovation, inspiring others, etc., helpful, kind, team working, hard-working, I work well with others, I have plans, and I want to build a career within this experience/job, problem-solving, decision-making capabilities, negotiation. Persuasion, perseverance, motivation, and elegance. One of the things that make me the best candidate is my leadership; I can establish order in any situation that requires it and delegate tasks in a clear and concise manner, leading to a more orderly and efficient work environment. I am also strict with the people who I work with as I expect great things from them which in my opinion pushes them to complete tasks to the best of their ability which is what we need regularly, Furthermore, I possess an array of skills which all come with separate responsibilities and obstacles to deal with on a regular basis while dealing with people of different skill-sets.
— To lead sweeps/shake-downs, try-out GENSEC, help them get more respectable to others, and teach them how to be a good example to everyone and other GENSEC. More responsibilities are Posting GENSEC, making sure that GENSEC is known to COE and COC, briefing them when there are sweeps, and overall making sure they understand how to properly execute their job and become better than ever at it.
Joining the Army after a pathetic attempt at college not only seemed like the most fun choice, but could have been the best choice for someone with no determination, but all it led to was four years of complaining, looking at the calendar for when I'd finally be free from enlistment. Flying in a helicopter as a door gunner for UH-60s definitely sounded fun to those on the outside, but without a single deployment in four years, the boredom, and structure was too much.
Leaving after the contract ended seemed to have resulted in a wasted four years. Didn't even get an associate at that time, and who in the civilian sector needed someone with the skills of a door gunner? I did still have 6 more years of a classified security clearance, as I'd later find out, that's all the foundation really cared about. After going back home to what seemed to be a time machine, with the same people doing the same things, a recruiter from a private number called me. The initial idea of entering another contract under another overbearing organization was entirely unappealing, but what was the other option? Deliver pizzas? And god-damn was the offered pay much better.
The hiring process was brief, only caring about my clearance and weapons certifications. I was shipped off to site-65 before I knew it.
The day to day off working for the foundation was nothing like the monotony of PT and training every day with the army. The wildly ranging personalities of d-class kept there, the crazy out of this world events that seemed to happen daily, there was always something new, exciting, and very real. Climbing up the ranks to captain, the most entertaining aspect of the job was still controlling and interacting with d-class held in the facility. A task usually groaned at by even the newest security members on site, the constant chaos and unpredictable circumstances kept myself involved even after all the time spent around it. With the smuggled explosives, riots, and ever abundant prison shanks, it was still a rush. It was a rush I want to maintain, and finally something I wanted to put my own effort into to improve.
