Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I've had one for ERP when I first joined from what I remember. (Mentioned something in OOC)

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: What makes me suitable for roleplaying as SCP-096 is that I'm pretty experienced and knowledgeable of the SCP itself as well as the lore and feel that I can accurately portray both how the server rules dictate the SCP should act and be contained and the way the lore dictates how it should act. I think you also need someone who's got a relatively clean record and has a reputation for honesty, both of which I have (despite my single warn).

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: When pacified, SCP-096 will either sit in a corner of his cell crying or will pace the wall lining his cell. He cowers away trying to prevent people from looking at his face.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: The only time a "beeline" straight to D block would be acceptable is if the photo of his face spawned in D block and angered him. Other than that, SCP-096 will go wherever whomever saw his face currently is. This can be pretty much anywhere on the map.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1) The first step is for the appropriate recontainment units to grab scrambles. This is to prevent them from seeing SCP-096's face and in turn, prevent him from being aggro'd.
2) Grab a bucket from the PW bathroom.
3) When 096 is no longer angered (meaning no one new has seen his face), the bucket can quickly be slipped on his head.
4) Cuff him and bring him back to his containment chamber!
