Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Yes I have recieved warns, 1 RDM warn as a techie when ISD attempted to arrest me, failRP as Mayor when raiding foundation and I believe another RDM warn that I cannot remember

Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine? The time I've spent playing medical was great, the RP was fun, running around and trying to cure and heal people was also fun, and I just want to the help the Medical Department grow a little.

What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?: The time I've spent as Senior Doctor taught me alot, I'd say im decent with surgery RP and have done a decent bit of psych evals. Every time medical was needed I almost always try to help in any way I can whether that be reviving some techie that stabbed a member of GSD or fixing some robot with memory issues. With my experience as captain and sergeant I've been able to hone my leadership skills which would certainly help with managing a department.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?: Approve and train consultants, be a competent leader within medical, ensure consultants remain professional, and be an RP leader within the department

Please give some lore about your Director of Medicine character and what storylines they would be involved in: It was a quiet night in Lafayette, Louisiana, well aside from an old cemetery in the city, 2 PENTAGRAM agents were dispatched, Agent Carter and Agent Heathcliff. There were multiple reports of hauntings in the area, from nighttime security officers to cleaners, they all reported apparitions, strange noises, and objects being flung around. Armature investigators usually chickened out leading to PENTAGRAM sending out their agents. Clad in their 2 piece field suits, Carter and Heathcliff looked like the stereotypical men in black, they would try to act like "professional" paranormal investigators armed with the usual gadgets. After a quick briefing from an officer they set out in an old 70s Mustang believing the mission would be the usual.
