Why are you applying for Security Captain?
-I would like to apply for the Security Captain position because it is time for me to be proactive and responsible for the team’s safety and performance. I have confidence in managing personnel, making responses to threats, and enforcing security measures when needed. I would make significant decisions, communicate effectively, and organize many activities while being collaborative and promoting discipline. This position is for someone like me whose aim is to do more and make specific changes to the operations to improve everyone’s safety.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:

- My understanding of security operations and my capacity to lead a team make me a strong fit for the Security Captain role. I excel under pressure, making quick and appropriate decisions, and upholding discipline. My past experiences in rule enforcement, coordinating responses, and protecting people have prepared me for this role. I am particularly focused on fostering teamwork and creating a professional atmosphere where security and efficiency are paramount.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Hosting HWL/SGT And RRT license/ Tryouts
Giving jobs to gsd to do like watching Airlock/ watchtower/Escorting / Patrolling in LCZ/Ez area/
Uphold of D-block and keep d-block running
Helping the CoS and DCoS with writing and enforcing new policy within the department.
Punishing Gensec who are being bad
Answering questions that people might have about the security department
But The most importent job is to make Gsd a safe place And Welcoming for All New players

Jantunen i belive you have the potential, but you have been banned multiple times already which is not a good look. Additionally i seen you do many questionable things like you runnning into d block just to shoot a d class down. You have been known to cause other issues aswell.

Usually, if you see me in D-block, is just me shooting just outside the airlock is for to shoot the D-class who is opening The door with a keycard or a D-class is hacking The airlock door, And only Sgt+ can do this, or is this about The clip that is In discord isd chat I have taken The proper punishment for that crime. I did speak with a captain about that. For the bans, you are right. I do have many bans, and I won’t defend those bans, but I have taken a step to improve myself and not break any more rules on the server, and I will try my best to do that. The captain part In my eyes, I would be ready for The captain role And two captains did tell me to apply for captain. IM usually In low pop, The only Gsd playing And holding down d-block, keeping the Gsd In line and ensuring that the D-block is running well. Truthfully ive seen when you were a very dedicated IA member who was a no-nonsense type of guy.
While you do have your ups and down, i believe this Jr Cl4 position will allow you to get back to that type of professionalism.

I like you Finland but if you have been playing for over 2 years like you say you have you should know the rules fairly well by now but you still have 8 active warns/bans, and seeing a cl4 constantly getting banned or warned is not a good look on the player and department.

I was the staff who originally handled this sit. Altough jan was taking AA from the researcher instead of doing the right thing, he was still helpful about the situation.
