Why are you applying for Security Captain?
My goal is to be a leader, someone people could look up to, admire, and learn from. I believe Captain is my next and most important step into achieving this goal. I am applying for that sole reason, to lead my GSD into battle whenever the time calls for it, and to thoroughly train, and help all those that I can while making sure everything is orderly and timely. I wish to be able to learn more as I progress through the ranks as well, developing new skills and benefiting from new experiences.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?
I may not have as much experience as other people, I may not be the most suitable for Captain, but I can ensure activity, leadership, and an honesty policy like no ones ever seen. I know when times get rough, people look towards their leadership and ask for orders, and help. I aim to be that leadership they need and I am suitable because of my current experiences and everything that I have been able to learn, even in such a short time. I dedicate myself to ensuring my GSD move forward. I enjoy making sure my GSD are comfortable, and happy, and would routinely check in whenever I can. I make it my mission to know if they are safe or not and will willingly go out of my way to protect them from danger. These Cadets are the future of the Security Department, and ensuring their safety is among many priorities.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?
Security Captains are a type of leadership position, though they don't count as a Senior Position, they possess the power of authority. They have numerous responsibilities, including but not limited to supervising security personnel also known as GSD, establishing patrol groups and placing security in posts to ensure a safer operation, dealing to disciplinary actions on uncooperative GSD personnel, and ensuring that all personnel within D-block and potentially the site are safe. The Security Captain is a major role, and must take command when situations are dire and are expected to know how to act, know procedures, and take precautions in order to minimize causalities of fellow personnel during breaches, raids, and riots. Security Captains are also tasked with teaching, and instructing sergeants, helping them learn the ropes of their new role and understanding the ins and outs of being another form of leadership. They must remain professional when the time comes, and be respectful when speaking to anyone, not just personnel. They are required to essentially oversee some works, including certain tryouts. They also work directly under the Chief of Security and must carry out their orders along with keeping the Chief informed of anything which happens inside the Department.

Jax 'Thresh' Mundane was an ordinary man who was recommended to enter the SCP Foundation through Mobile Task Force contact. Upon entering, he aimed for the Security Department. As a Cadet, he learned the ropes quick, understanding things faster than most and before long, he had made his way up to Officer, obtaining his Riot License and preparing himself for a chance at becoming a Sergeant. Over the course of a few days, unbeknownst to him, he had been recommended and obtained the position after rigorous training. Upon reaching Sergeant, he saw new inspiration and decided to aim for a Security Captain position. After taking the time to learn, and adapt to the Foundation, he began to understand and sooner or later, he would obtain my goal, reaching Captain. He believes that through his non-stop training, and dedication to the Foundation, he would be able to prove himself worthy of such a promotion. He knows the road ahead of him is difficult, and that becoming a Captain will bring many new challenges, but to that, he says "Bring it on!"
