Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
My goal is to progress through the Foundation, learning as much as I can and having good relations with everyone.
I want to be able to progress to a point where I can help every regiment, and department. I've slowly begun to realize that in my journey, I've met some amazing people. People who would want to see me succeed and I think, I should prove to them, and everyone else, that I can go the distance. I may not have been around as long as everyone else, but I've learned a lot in the short time I've been here.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I've stated before, and I'll say it again, I'm determined. I want to show people my worth and I believe, I am, even if it's a slow and rigorous process. I've had enough time to understand many departments, learning a lot and meeting some great faces. My dedication, time, energy, and overall performance is probably one of the main reasons I'm suitable. In such a short time, I've proven myself worthy in three different regiments/departments, and it may be early, since I only recently learned about OSA, but I feel like I was able to figure it out in such a short time. I will admit, I may need more experience but if given the opportunity, I would gladly sit and learn from this one.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site Administration are tasked with a lot of duties while on and off site. They must act as a role model at all times, and perform in a way that separates them from personnel. They manage the site and all departments and regiments that fall under them. They in charge and actively lead Senior Meetings, and CL4 meetings. They are one of many faces of the site, and help answering questions that Departments may have. They also handle legal affairs as well, leading mainly in the CoE, FLC, and COC. They have the power to change things in departments as well, acting as an oversight to specific ones.
They also have many other, regular duties like handling active codes as a voice of authority, maintaining smooth operations of each department, watching over members of foundation staff, and more importantly, reviewing department documentation, ensuring they are up to date and follow proper code.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Pre-Foundation - Age 18 -> 21
Amariss studied the outlandish, delving into research on the extraterrestrial and unknown aspects of the world. He began him research while in college, in a dorm on campus, living off cup noodles, soda, and a dream. He studied Physics and Astrophysics, and have a curious appetite for the unknown, leading him down a rabbit hole in an attempt to broaden him research. Him University, FSU, located in Tallahassee, Florida, was basically him home. He didn't talk to him family much, god knows what they would think of him now.
His mentality wasn't always the best, diluting himself with delusions of extraterrestrial life, and figuring out if Aliens were truly real. His research was on the border between garbage and half-decent, and could never really prove anything, like there was something there, stopping him from figuring out the truth. He could never reach it, no matter how hard he tried.
He wouldn't let his life go to waist though. He would prove his worth, his ideals, and would satiate his appetite to explore, and understand. He wanted this achievement, more than he could ever hope for.
It was around age 20 did Amariss really understand his role in the universe. He played around with college, not as "the best student or whatever", but just to pass and get on with life. The degree? It was the least of his concerns. Eventually, he would graduate a year earlier, taking accelerated courses, and moving to earn his degree so he could get out of college and into a place where he could freely study his passion.
Age 21, he left college, moved out to the country side, and began working for a lousy company, who cared more about work then they did their employees, it felt like home. He'd spend days and nights, gazing at the stars, and trying to understand how to make a breakthrough. Astrobiology, he studied it independently from his time at college. It was new and didn't really have the resources he thought he would need.

It was during a meteor shower, an absolutely stunning sight to behold. Something most people would miss in their life time, but he had to be there, had to show up, and had to see it for himself. It wasn't just for amusement or curiosity, but research, to learn from the experience and possibly find something.
Amariss used a telescope to observe the meteor shower, taking in the sight, and basking in its beauty. It was at this time did he notice something weird. Using a filter which blocked out 99.9% of the suns light, he saw something strange on the surface of the sun. "It looks like..... a worm?" he said once, was he wrong? probably. He thought he may have just found his mark, a breakthrough, a blessing.
Upon this discovery, he took notes, trying to draw out and map the creature(?) as much as he could, perhaps he found the alien he was looking for? It was his chance to show the world, and prove that he'd found something, anything. He was so close, he could see the finish line at the end. He mapped out a visual, a large worm-like entity, located on our very own sun. At first glance, it looked like it was diving, but that may have been wrong. Maybe it was trying to escape? Like the suns gravity was the only thing stopping it wrong leaving, from moving away and floating around in space.
Eventually, he took to the internet, locating what ever information he could find on alien life, and the sun, trying to piece together a story, and build something from the ground up. He did this all solo, worried that maybe, someone would steal his idea, or take the credit for it. Missing days of sleep, forgetting to eat, and passing out from immense deprivation, that's where he was.
Work was stagnant, not mattering to him in the slightest. Toss a few files their way and call it a day. He had a new calling, a reason to work and damn it, if it kills him, well, that's just a way to go, I guess.

His research had led him to numerous dead ends, unable to witness this any changes more than once every few months, if he was lucky, then it completely disappearing for sometimes, a little less than a year. The data he had amassed was okay but far from great. He called it a "Sun Worm", sitting on the surface of the sun, diving up and then being pulled down only moments later. It would be near the exact same spot every time, moving occasionally to other spots. He'd map out the changes in the worms appearance, if it had any. Looping back and forth between the photosphere on the sun.
It didn't help that Amariss was out in the middle of no where. Only able to get the faintest signal of connection. The area was cheap, affordable. He quit his old job and began studying this "anomaly" as much as he could. He had no way of understanding this 'thing' more. His research had hit a halt and it drove him mad. He was angry and frustrated but also intrigued. No one had discovered this, right? Did no one have any idea this thing existed? Of course, he might have been the first, and that's what kept him going. Knowing that he was so close to really understanding this thing.
Age 24
His area was slowly becoming more popular, not because of his research, but because of tourists. A large plot of land near him had been bought, shocker, and slowly, it turned into loud and robust tourist attraction, grabbing the attention of hundreds, possibly the upper thousands of people. It was annoying.
He did his best to not be disturbed and shifted his attention to his studies, but there was one major benefit to this, cell towers. It was easier to gain access to the internet now, and it definitely aided his research, providing numerous opportunities to find similar results. He made the occasional friends here and there, other scientists who shared similar passions but nothing compared to him.
Around this time, he was working on his research, and was able to obtain a more powerful telescope, one which could capture the worms images almost ten times better than before. He found numerous angles and with this new technology, he had the perfect image. It was slightly crude, mainly because its a picture of the sun, but the high depth made it so much better.
He posted his discovery online and it gained a lot of attention from the nearby area, especially since there was a place of interest right next door. He was content, happy, like his goal was this close to being accomplished. Then.... and then... Then he was here.... a cold, and quiet room, a chair, a table, and glass window, probably one way. He didn't know where he was, didn't know why he was here, he was just.... here....

"I thought I'd be dead by now." Amariss thought to himself, walking out of the Research Wing. He had been a researcher for Site 65 for about a year now. His old life seemed like a blur, a fog, clouding his mind. He's made it though, he knows that these.... things.... anomalies... exists, and he gets to document them, first hand. It seemed surreal at first, he was scared, scared that he might die, that he might loss his freedom, but that never came. Instead, they talked, and talked.... and talked.
"There was a trial run, to see if I could adapt smoothly, to understand my new role. It went..... fine. I look around, seeing new colleagues, sometimes missing the old ones. It's not such a bad turn out, I know I'd meet some great people here. "
"The interview was fine. The man interviewing me was ██████. It wasn't too long, an hour or two. Just a lot of questions about me, my research and where I might go from there. The only reason I lived? I guess cause they liked it. Maybe my information was accurate? I don't know. It's nice though, I get to do what I want and I'm happy, for the most part."
Amariss was content, and almost happy that they could enjoy their research in peace and had the resources to do so. It might not have been much, but their clearance allowed them to view this SCP.
"Anomalies, they were definitely on my list of things to study."

It's been a while since I've been brought into the foundation, my life has taken a major change. Not like it's a bad thing, but it's definitely something. Research was good while it lasted, it was simple........ dangerous at times, but that's what you get for working for this batch of people.
Not too long ago, I saw a request, it interested me at the time, but it was very vague, almost like they didn't want us to know what we were getting into. The process was long, I had to wait a whole week before getting a response, but honestly, it was worth it. You might expect me to say, "Oh, the job was simple, this this and that", NOPE! It came with it's own territory of work.
Addendum #1: Introduction
O5-█ - "So, I heard you wanted to speak to me."
Amariss 'Del' Vita - "Yes, I was interested in that request that was put out, and I'd like to request a increase in elevation."
O5-█ - "Right, I remember you."
*The Tape cuts*
So that's where I am not. I've been 'elevated' per say. My job? Site Inspection, well.... that's what we tell people. I'm not really research anymore, but I do still look after them. It's..... a change of pace, but it isn't too bad. Honestly, I find this a lot more..... on hand.... than research. Sure, testing on anomalies were great, but that's in the past. That spark for figuring out these spatial and reality distorting events? It's not dead, but.... dormant? I don't know, it hasn't crossed me in a while.
Sorry about the tape, It wasn't filmed in the best quality. I was barely even allowed to broadcast it, especially here. Maybe it's got something to do with ████ but, It really doesn't matter.
What matters is, I've moved up, and I won't stop moving up. This.... is more than life..... it's my home, so damn well I'll keep fighting to keep it Secured Contained and Protected.
