Why are you applying for Internal Affairs Ambassador?
- I want to be an ambassador because I love to help people and different departments, recently I have noticed a need in IA around the facility and a lack of IA Agents doing their jobs correctly so I would like to help change that by teaching fellow Agents and looking out for the little people in the server that desperately need IAs help.
What makes you suitable for Internal Affairs Ambassador?:
- My experience and time in both Ethics and Research has helped me learn the server and the rules very well, I believe with my background and with the knowledge of the Code of Ethics I can bring a lot to the table and help IA thrive more than it is already. My passion to help people that are wronged and teach people instead of just punish people is a good skill I believe will come in handy with this job as well as my time. I am available most days in the week both in game and out of game if anyone had questions or needs that are urgent. I am dedicated in learning the legal codex and gather further knowledge as I go sharing that with anyone in need.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
- As far as documentation goes I have yet to submit a document of an arrest, however I do have 13+ excellent research documents uploaded into skipnet. As far as making documentation for incidents you need to have your basic information such as the people involved, location, codes in question and a brief summary of what happened. If we are doing an investigation, it is very similar to a research paper when you need a good format, an introduction, a cause of action, findings in the investigation, solid evidence, reports on what actions were made to fix this issue and a conclusion.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Affairs Ambassador in RP?:
- Our job is to enforce the legal codex as well as teach any and all agents on appropriate ways to act and follow laws put in place.
Please give some lore about your Internal Affairs Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Hello it's been a long time. My name is Jewel and if you don't know me let me get you up to date on my life in the foundation so far, as a kid I was taken into the research department when my parents died to the hands of Able when there was a bad breach. Growing up I wanted to find a mutual understanding and respect among SCPs and humans. I am very sweet on the inside (literally though all I do is eat sweets) Through helping with research, I was able to meet the goals, but something always felt off like I was missing a big part of myself and my potential, so I moved onto helping with ethics. This was a great time for me, but I quickly realized I still have this hole missing in my life, so I decided to travel the country in hopes to find some family heritage. This meant leaving the foundation and everything I have made for myself which was hard but very worth it! Now I am back, and I feel whole again. But me being me I can't help but leave things alone and I would like to yet again help the foundation and what I call "the little guys." This time I cannot stay in research as my history in ethics has made me expand my reach, I want to help people and keep our foundation under control so researchers, techs, MTF units and many more can thrive! This next chapter wont be an easy one but I am dedicated to help in any way I can.
