Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

The main reasons I am interested in becoming a Internal Security Inspector is mainly to create a fun environment for newer players to learn the role of IA agent and to also enforce the FLC which will allow for players to be able to enjoy the server and RP in an environment that will support their RP along with being able to help the ISD Command team with running Internal Security Department. Another smaller reason is because Internal Affairs was my first Department I played and in recent time I have really been enjoying the role and RP of IA.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

What makes me suitable for Internal Security Inspector is:

Understanding of the CoE, CoC, FLC, and Internal ISD Policy:I have a great understanding of the CoE, CoC, FLC, and internal IA policy due to my experience as a ECM, a long standing agent, and an experienced player of the server.

Dedication: I am rather dedicated to the Internal Security Department as I have been playing ISD Agent and Operative since before the test was a thing along with me playing frequently for the past few weeks.

Adaptability: No matter what time you play the site it will always been different a IA ambassador must be expected to be able to adapt to new situations that they have never seen before to keep RP flowing on the site, a Internal Security Inspector is also expected to be able to adapt to IA policy when new policy is made. I believe that I am capable of this as I am an experienced member of the server and have been RPing for quite a while.

Experience: I am uniquely experienced in similar roles related to the Internal Affairs Department some of which are ECA, Omega-1 Command, and ECM. But due to my experience I think I can provide a new perspective about the Internal Affairs Department.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:

What I think of when I think of an ideal Internal Security Inspector is some one who:
- Understands the FLC, CoE, CoC, and ISD Internal Policy
- Is willing to help new ISD members
- Fair but strict with punishment
- Has great leadership skills

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

I have wrote around 3-4 in game documents, and have made or updated a few Out of game Documents along with reading and approving researcher studies and out of every doc I have read the documents that stand out the most have to be the documents where there is:
- Proper Grammar
- A Table of Contents
- Good Formatting
- Is Detail Oriented
- Stays on Topic

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:

The responsibility of an Internal Security Inspector in RP are:
- Training Agents and Operatives
- Making Arrests for breaches of the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Investigate CL4 personal on breaches of the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Direct IA during times of emergency (Code Black and CL5/4/3s)
- Ensure that all ISD Operatives and Agents understand the Policies
- Ensure that all ISD Operatives and Agents are performing their duties properly

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

I think I would be a good leadership position holder because I have experience in Sr CL4 roles and higher in a similar role (O1 COM and ECM), good leadership skills where I demonstrated them during my time as O1 COM and ECM, my great understanding of the CoE, CoC, and FLC, and my ability to make judgement calls that are not biased. Those are the main reasons I think I would be a good leadership position holder for the Internal Security Department.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:

History

Joe Large was an average person, currently aged 27, born on Thursday January 4th 1996. He was not special, not academically gifted or physically adept. After making his way through high school he decided that the only path forward for him was to enlist in the military.

He quickly took to learning how the military worked, and was known as a good and well disciplined soldier, often pointed to as an example by his superiors, the higher-ups took a liking to Joe and he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a sergeant in just 3 years. He was given the nickname "Enoch" for his ability to appear out of the blue in the midst of battles. The SCP Foundation recognized Joe for his abilities and offered him a position within the foundation as a Gensec Cadet.

Just like he did in the military he quickly rose through the ranks again, becoming a Captain, however he was unhappy with gensec due to their unethical behaviors. He decided to apply to become an Ethics Committee Assistant, to follow his moral compass.

However he felt like his talents were not being used, so he left this job too, and was quickly brought into O-1 "Law's Left Hand ''. On all documents, Joe Large was dead. But in truth, he was rising through the ranks once more, to become a Commander.

One day he walked right into the ISD office and handed the director a personnel file; at the top it had the name Joe Leblanc and was full of redactions. Joe proceeded to say, Mr. Director, I would like to be an inspector. The Director Said ███.

Enoch was the Commander of Omega-1 when I was a Captain and from that time I can assure everyone that Enoch has the leadership capabilities to be an amazing inspector. Enoch was also an Ethics Committee Member under me during my time as Chairman and I can honestly say that Enoch did amazing work when it came to investigations and creation of RP.

Absolutely one of the best I.S.D. Inspectors around, no contention. He's always willing to go the extra mile, is super friendly, and has outstanding previous experience. He's suited for this role and would be able to excel in it.
