Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
1 Ban & 1 Warn
Reasons for these I have gone in depth plenty of times in other applications, So I will simplify them here:
-Ban was first week when I was unaware D-Class could not kill other D-Class, So before I got off for bed I stabbed 2 D-Class as another one, got off due to the time being around 2am, which was technically LTAP. Ban was handed out by Jules.
-Warn was for Hitbox Abuse/FailRP, This was because in a situation w/ a GENSEC Sergeant as a D-Class I mentioned FearRP, and jumped in the following combat. Other then these 2 instances I have no record.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
1. The want for inter-departmental leadership experience: With my aspirations within the foundation ever growing, so does the need for experience that coincide with these positions. One of these positions I wish to achieve in the future is that of a member of the O5-Council, and a big part of the O5 are their interdepartmental, supreme administrative nature, which a good first step is gaining experience in inter-departmental leadership, which is exactly what Site Administration handles and excels at. If I receive this position I not only plan to learn from every mistake I make, but catalog all the experience I learn while in it so that my future roles and overall presence on site a more professional & proactive.
2. The want to improve the status of the site & its departments/MTF Units: Whenever the site is either just coming back online after server restart, or its later at night, Site Administration usually shows a lack of activity during these times, and due to the nature of these times SCP Breaches and D-Class riots are more prominent with more widespread effects that affect the Role-Play, and enjoyment of the server for quite the chunk of players. With this position I want to ensure there is someone on at almost all times to ensure proper authorization of needed measures such as KOS's for D-Class, AA for SCP's, and anything else SA may be needed for such as calling a Code Black for Non Combative personnel when Site Command isn't on site. Alongside this I hope to improve the site as during standard operating times. To achieve this I will ensure MTF Units are upholding proper Code of Conduct and Ethics, ensure that departments are operating at maximum efficiency and that inter-departmental relations aren't dragging down on any one departments, and if they are work to improve the relations, help department heads push changes for their department by giving them Site Administration's approval/opinion on the changes quickly due to my availability on both in game and discord, where if someone needs me for something whether it be questions, approval, wanting to speak, anything I can respond within the hour, and will never take longer then a day maximum to respond to someone in some manner.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me suitable for Site Advisor is a question that is not only asked here but will also inevitably be asked by the people reviewing this application, me as a person, and reading this application. I feel this question is answered with 3, essential to the position qualities that I posses.
1. Activity: I am currently on daily, at almost all times of the day, I find time to be on later in the afternoon to early in the morning on weekdays, and on weekends find time to be on all day. With the several hours a day that I am on site, along with the consistent activity across other platforms such as Discord and TeamSpeak, I am not only reliable, present, easily contactable, and communicative. Activity that ranges across all platforms of SCP-RP is essential to the role, as people may not need you in game but instead prefer to message you on discord, or on TeamSpeak to hold a more confidential meeting or out-of-character meeting with you on affairs that may not revolve entirely around the in character standpoint of the server.
2. Experience with Cl4 Positions: I have held the position of Director of Research for 3+ weeks now, and will be crossing the 1 month mark shortly. I previously also held the position of Executive Researcher for a little over a month. This equates to ~2 full months of working in a Cl4 environment which includes Departmental leadership, Jr Cl4 roles more orientated with Role-Play, which makes my experience range in both leadership, and role-play, both of which being essential to the role of Site Advisor.
3. Want to improve: Ever since I was told by Caboose of my issues in my current position, I have constantly went off and out of my way to improve them, Recently one issue was my Site Reputation, I feel however, other then a few people which I still need to get with, I hold a fairly good reputation with a majority of the departments, their leadership, and the people around site, A few departments I can name my good relations with include IA, MTF Alpha-1, MTF Beta-1, Site Directors and I like to believe Administration, Research and its leadership/exec team, Other varying MTF CO's such as the O-1 LTCOM, Ethics Members, and more along with the intention to improve more of these and make the list of people I have a good standing with to an extensive amount.
(Note: I have thought this out with the current situation regarding the research director issue of me being the sole director, I know the current advisor position is over research, of which I will use some time in the position to help the new director chosen learn the position and be there if he ever needs any help.)
