-
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: There are a variety of reasons why I believe I would be a great fit for OA, but I'll give the top few

- I am extremely professional while on site and present myself to not only be approachable but also firm on the rules
- I have gotten experience as an ECA, so I understand what must be done as an assistant to the overseer council
- I thoroughly enjoy writing high-quality and in depth documents that always exceed not only the standard but beyond
- I am extremely active on site meaning that I would be able to continuously do what is required of me and beyond in a timely manner
- I have gotten high levels of CL4 experience as both an executive researcher and an ethics assistant, so I am more than aware of the duties and professionalism required
- I have worked closely with the council for two projects as an executive researcher, so I already have a basis for how they operate
- I will be more than capable of balancing the responsibilities of this position despite my currently held positions. I will still put forth 101% of my effort into all roles and provide nothing but top quality work.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- To follow and carry out any orders issued by the council
- Acting in place of council members should there not be site staff of adequate clearance on-site at the time (Authing AA, beginning code black procedures, ETC.)
- Overseeing the multiple departments and regiments within the site to ensure that they are all working at maximum productivity
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

John Schneider created a legacy within the foundation that mixed the border between the anomalous and the ordinary.

His recruitment into the Foundation was a story often whispered quietly among the staff, a story veiled in mystery. Some accounts painted him as an unassuming civilian whose life crossed paths with an anomaly, an encounter that granted him an inexplicable understanding of them. Others suggested that his journey into the Foundation was a deliberate move by higher-ups who recognized his innate connection to the anomalous, seeking to harness his unique abilities for the good of the foundation.

The specifics of his recruitment remained buried within classified records, the details obscured by redacted paragraphs and sealed documents. However, what emerged was an image of an individual whose arrival didn't follow conventional protocols. John Schneider’s induction didn’t follow the typical methods. Instead, he emerged almost suddenly, offering invaluable insights that defied explanation.

His rapid rise through the ranks was as confusing as it was incredible. Starting as a junior researcher, his unconventional methods and uncanny ability to anticipate anomalous behavior quickly drew attention. He didn't just analyze anomalies, he seemed to possess an intuitive understanding that surpassed anybody elses comprehension.

As he ascended to executive researcher and beyond, his promotions were met with a mix of admiration and suspicion. Some saw him as a visionary, an asset capable of predicting anomalies before they manifested, while others questioned the nature of his insights, proclaiming there were risks associated with his anomalous connection.

Despite the whispers and uncertainties surrounding his recruitment and abilities, Schneider's selection as overseer assistant was a culmination of his unparalleled dedication to the foundation, his visionary approach to the anomalous, and his enigmatic yet unwavering loyalty to the overseer council.

The Foundation's higher-ups recognized his exceptional talent in navigating the anomalies unpredictability. His ability to foresee potential breaches simply based on SCP activity and containment made him invaluable in ensuring that anomalies remained contained.

His story remained a whispered legend within the Foundation, a tale of an enigmatic figure whose recruitment defied convention, whose rise through the ranks defied explanation, and whose role as overseer assistant embodied the mysterious and unpredictable nature of the anomalies he helped contain.
