What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:

I am a great candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant because of my experience as a General Security Captain where I have had to deal with Ethical violations due to members of the department (cadets) disregarding the Code of Ethics and that position within General Security has specifically abled me to gain a better understanding of the Code of Ethics which I would believe is a very integral part of being an Ethics Committee Assistant. My second reason on how I would be the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant is that I am a very strong believer in good RP and for an position that is a non combative job that is focused on RP I believe that my belief on good RP and previous experiences as a Research main with multiple Excellent graded documents will give me a edge on other candidates when comes to being an Ethics Committee Assistant.

The position of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP has may responsibilities first and formost is they are to be assisting in the enforcement of the Code of Ethics which means they should be overviewing testing when they can and possibly watching D-Block to ensure full ethical compliance. Another responsibility Ethics Assistants have is the reviewing the AA authorization for breaches if Site Administration nor Site Command is active, and lastly they have the large responsibility of executing orders given by Ethics Committee that are personnally given to them by Committee members.

Johnathan Macson has been a crucial Security Team member of Site-██ and has participated in multiple sweeps within his tenure on the site and has shown excellent leadership and combat prowess within the General Security Department, multiple Sergeants and Captains advised his promotion but due to the lack of slots being available on the site at the time he put in a request to transfer to Site-65 General Security Department in the hopes of becoming a Captain at the site, since his transfer at the site he has become a valuable sergeant for the site and has, at multiple times gone above and beyond to help secure D-Block and maintain security.

Because of his recent promotion and transfer from Site-██, the Ethics Committee sent Assistant “Bulanos” for an interview with Captain Macson. During the interview Assistant “Bulanos” report showed Captain Macson understanding the Code of Ethics alongside his standing with his department and other members where he was shown to be in good favor with other department members. The assistant’s review help the Committee review Macson’s possible candidacy within the Committee as an Assistant.
