-I currently have one expired warning for FailRP, the reasoning behind it was failure to listen to a Agent after running past him then shooting him
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
- I am currently applying for Executive Researcher because I believe I am qualified, this is because I have the ability to provide a availability that may be vital if a Jr Researcher would require guidance which I believe is one of the found features of Executive Researchers, making Research more friendly towards newer player's, alongside that I want to also help supervise test of up and coming Researchers who may not completely understand all of the Ethical rulings and policy's that are enforced by ScD. My last reason for wanting to become a Executive Researcher is because I want to form a subdivision which can help newer players more easily get chemical's that they might of need and overall stream lining the process of getting testing done if the use of chemicals are required, I can go more in depth with the overview of my planned subdivision if requested. Overall I want to become a Executive Researcher to, help newer players become more acquainted with research, help newer members of Research fully develop the rules and policies set out by ScD and lastly help streamline the process of acquiring chemicals for testing.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
-I am suitable to become a Executive Researcher because of mostly my maturity, I believe some other applicants who are currently applying for these type's of Junior level 4 sometimes lack that defining aspect which can turn a bad leader into a good leader, with that point brings me to another, I possess a current level of leadership from testing with multiple departments and still being able to efficiently run the test as I set out in my procedures. with all of that said above I believe I can bring a higher level of leadership and maturity that other applicants may be lacking.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
- I have currently written 2 Excellent graded documents both on SCP-096 and the utilization of chemicals on it, though to get to the main point of the question, I believe a document being graded excellent has many variables and those variables should be considered each vital in their own type of ways, one of the many is it's defining testing purpose, such as a hypothesis or a procedure, this can clearly show how well a test will preform when met with the actual live testing, a example of this is a inconsistent procedure which may cause confusion during the test which can lead to unwanted deaths and injuries, another defining variable is the grammar of the document, you cannot understand a procedure if every other word is a newly made word, alongside that another good variable to mention is how a person lines out the actual document, this includes index's, page numbers and other reader's aid which can help direct a person's viewing experience while reading through the document. inconclusion I believe that a excellent document comes down to three defining variables that all need to be correctly done, firstly hypothesis because this shows the building blocks of the entire document, secondly grammar is of big importance because it helps people understand and fully visualize the test and how they are to be conducting it and lastly, the page format, this can help readers understand what they will do and how they did it, if this is not done correctly and person who is wanting to try and replicate the results may experience confusion while conducting the test.

- The responsibilities of the Executive Researcher position in RP is first and foremost help Junior Researchers understand their tasking and purpose alongside touring them around the facility and giving them a basic idea of their importance and abilities, secondly they are to help review documents brought to them by ScD personnel such as sampling request and testing approval, alongside this they should continue operating as a normal researcher such as conducting tests and writing documents.

Johnathan Macson was a graduate of the University of Californa, Berkley, once he graduated he was recruited by the Foundation who's reports on him marked him as above average with potential to become a great Biology scientist for the Foundation, when he was recruited he was made a Junior Researcher and assigned to Site-65. Once assigned he got to work and grinded through his prime to etch out a spot in the Foundation, making it to Senior Researcher and he was granted a permanent station station at the Biological Lab within Site-65 Personnel wing and whilst stationed in the lab he found the that the needed chemicals required to create advance chemical where almost never available and this gave him a idea, this incident gave him a idea which he kept for the rest of his service within Site-65. With all of his lessons and skills he gained during his career in the Foundation he made a request towards the the Research Committee for a promotion which is still being decided.
