Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have previously recieved a Warning for RDM(B) after murdering 2 Dclass as a Techie. This was several years ago when I was just joining the server.
There was a falsely given Warning for misuse of Ticker system. This was appealed and removed.
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I enjoy helping keep the Site safe and secure. While ISD can be hated at times due to being "fun police", they do serve a required function both in and out of RP. They help maintain order around site and ensure everyone is following the FLC.
I believe that I would be a good fit for Inspector with my current and previous experience
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I believe that I would be a good fit for Inspector with my current and previous experience. I'm an experienced ISD Investigator, and am able to keep calm and cool even when dealing with people trying to provoke me.
I actively participate in Operations (As of writing, have 7 logged participations in various Operations) and have yielded good results from each of them.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
Someone who is able to remain calm even in stressful situations and does not add personal bias to their arrests. An ISD Inspector should be able to remain professinal and not resort to petty behaviours just because someone annoys them.
Above all else, an Inspector should be able to fairly issue arrests and punishments, without letting spite fuel their behaviour.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have written a lot of documents in past.
When I was on Medical Consultant, I wrote multiple different Surgical guides which were highly detailed and signed off by ECM Coral. However I'm not sure if these documents still exist on the server. (I'm attempting to get them back)
As of right now I have written 4 recent Arrest report documents and placed them in my cabinet. With 1 of my previous reports being placed there too.
Excellent: 4
Good: 1
Several different factors tie together to make a good document. I'll list some of them below.
1: Formatting: Good formating can make or break a document, if the format is made well then that is a large part of how easily it can be read.
2: Spelling and Grammar: The spelling and grammar are yet another part of what makes the document good. If there are obvious spelling and grammar errors then it makes the document difficult to read.
3: Content and Detail: The details of the document are really importiant of course. The details need to be accurate to what is being described, for example an arrest report should be detailed on the offence committed and what happened.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
ISD Inspectors are the ones primarily in charge of Investigators and Agents/Operatives. They are the ones who coordinate them. While it is Commisioner+ who is needed to create Operations, Inspectors can partake in them and ensure cl3 personnel are involving themselves.
Inspectors can also be involved in classified investigations which are considered to be above cl3 knowledge.
As well as this they can also handle arresting and reporting Junior Cl4 personnel, such as Medical Consultants and GSD Captains.
An example of what an Inspector could do is as follows.
A report is given that an ISD Operative was using their disguise to act unprofessinal around site, damaging the reputation of said department. An Inspector would be able to remove their ISD license to make them do the test again, or if it is severe enough they can issue a job ban.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I have experience with multiple different leadership positions on this server. While my most recent one (UNGOC-C CPT) is not fully relevant to Foundation, it still shows that I am trusted with responsability.
Even disregarding my previous leadership experience, I am a fast and detailed worker, who can admit when I've made a mistake.
I am able to RP well and manage myself, and have experience with managing personel below me. (Both on GOC and Foundation)
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Joris Kilotovitz has previously had many different roles at Foundation. Most recently he had a role within ISD and as an ECA, but he had to move to Site-████ to perform Medical Research on the ██████████████████ Project.
During this period of time he suffered an serious injury to his leg, and now is forced to walk with the support of a mechanical brace around his leg.
He returned to Site-65 a few weeks ago and has been succesfully working back as Foundation Personnel and wishes to, once again, return to a Cl4 role.
