-Do you have a mic?:

Yes I do

-List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:

Medical Consultant
Executive Researcher
UNGOC-C LT
E11 CSG
DEA/IA Agent
CI-A

-Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

Yes.
When I started playing the server I received a RDM(B) warning due to killing Dclass as a Techie. I do not dispute this warning. It was fairly given and I have since greatly improved.
I have had 1 warning incorrectly given to me (Had a similar name to the real guy warned) which has since been disputed.

-What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:

I believe that I would be an ideal ECA as I have had previous experience which relates to what an ECA would do in Rp.

For one, I have a fair bit of experience in document writing due to my previously held Executive Researcher Role and my current Medical Consultant role. I believe that this will be useful due to the fact that ECA can be a pretty Documentation-Heavy
As well as that my Consultant experience has also given me knowledge on how to format and perform interviews. This will be useful if I am requested to perform interviews with Cl4 staff (An example would be if I was asked to interview the Executive Team about the activity of their DoRs)

To add onto this, I have experience in the management of projects, as I was able to complete an entire project assigned by the EC to provide surgical training to Senior Doctors
To do this I researched actual Medical Procedures, and asked Senior Doctors around site which parts of surgeries that they felt needed more detail given.

As well as that. My role as a UNGOC-C LT, while not being Foundation Related, shows that I have leadership experience. This experience was also provided to me by my Cl4 role(s) and my experience as an E11 CSG.

I have also recently started collecting experience on Enforcing the Legal Codex as I have begun playing as an IA agent. This will be helpful as an ECA is expected to uphold all Site Guideline.s

Finally for my professionalism. I am aware that in the past I could be a bit goofy. I have since then stopped goofing around so much and now actually treat the server with an appropriate level of seriousness. I use this to help provide a guiding hand for Medical Trainees and other newcomers to positions I hold authority in.

-What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

An ECA has several main responsibilities.

  1. Be one of the main representatives of the EC: ECAs can be frequently seen around Site enforcing their orders. As such they are expected to remain professional at all times.
  2. Carry out the Orders of the EC: Due to them being directly under the EC, an ECA is expected to follow the orders of ECMs and the ECC.
  3. Enforce all Site Guidelines: An ECA is expected to both follow and ensure others are following the CoE, CoC, Legal Codex and other Site Guidelines. For example, if an ECA was in Dblock and saw a Cadet was “Hanging” Class, they would be expected to step in and ensure the Cadet received appropriate punishment.
  4. Authorization of Protocols: There may be times when an ECA is the highest ranking on SIte. And by that standard, they are entrusted with authorising KOS past Airlock and AA. For example, if there was a 3+ SCP breach with them all causing chaos outside Dblock, which Dclass are using as a means to escape (In this scenario GSD are unable to properly secure Dblock). Then an ECA could authorise AA for NCO+ and KOS past airlock
  5. Sign off on Dclass work permits: An ECA has the ability to sign off on Dclass work permits. To do this they will check the Dclasses Steam ID against a roster to see what previous tasks they have done, and have set guidelines for what Dclass can do what task.
  6. Attending Scenarios on behalf of the EC: An ECA may be asked to attend(Or chose to) as a representative of the EC during an ongoing scenario that they have clearance for, this is especially relevant if there is no ECM+ On Site.
  7. Reviewing other Departments: As previously mentioned, an ECA may be asked to review a Dpt for the activity of its Cl4 staff.
-Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

While Joris Kilotoviz originally started work at Site-65 as a Researcher, making his way up to Executive. He eventually grew tired of this and moved on to different tasks. He decided to place himself in the Medical Field, and found himself rising the ranks, becoming part of the ML team.

With this, he began tending to his new duties with a sense of vigour. Feeling pleased that he found something that he can enjoy.

After viewing the Actions of SC in an albeit limited scenario. He did find himself agreeing more with the EC. Especially due to having seen some... unsettling things, from the O5 Council.

He eventually decided to apply for the position of ECA. As he had decided that he really wanted to help them in their future endevours.

OOC

Joris is an interesting character for me to play, as he starts out sympathetic to the Anomalies of Site-65 if they are being unfairly reated. Though they can rapidly lose that sympathy, having it replaced with apathy. Or even full on hatred.

He has a strong moral code, which he ensures to follow whenever possible. But this can conflict with his loyalty to the Foundation. Though he makes exceptions.
(For example. He despises Dclass. But will actively make sure they recieve appropriate Medical attention and tries to ensure they are treated ethically.
