Joseph 'Trust' Allen
Civilian name:
Kai Navarro
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA):
SCP-RP USA
Do you have a mic?:
Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
I have held the role of LCPL within E-11
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
None
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
During the quest of trying out all the roles within the different jobs in SCP-RP, I feel I have found my home inside of ISD. The expected professionalism, the different members I have interacted with and the extent of the roleplay within the Department have made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Due to this reasons I would like to contribute positively in away way I can.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I am a player that doesn’t seek to just punish for the sake of it, I intend to create a safe and fun environment around me, ensuring to teach on the mistakes and give another chance to those that do wrong. I consider myself well versed on the Legal and Ethic Codes and can apply common sense to any final decision depending on the situation and information collected, in order to punish any individual in a fair way.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I wouldn’t say I have written something major that has blown the mind of those who read it, I have probably done a few regardings Researching SCPs, a few Arrest Reports and some Investigation Reports.
If I had to mention any honorables ones, it would probably be those related with the last Operation ISD had to deal with, where I feel I contributed positively with body cam footage as well as an elaborated investigation report attached to it.
A good quality document is one which is precise with the information and the message that It’s looking to give, one which is able to constantly cross reference and backup any information or findings that were made and that can be quickly understood without any need of fancy words or extended writing, one that allows the reader to understand the conclusion of the report/investigation but also allows the reader to have thoughts of its own.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
For me, the responsibilities of an Inspector would be the following:
1.- Ensure every Agent or Investigator knows what they are supposed to be doing in terms of their role, both during the training of new agents, as well as assigning duties/patrol around areas (Without micromanaging them, but allowing them to do what they want).
2.- Ensuring professional, respect and a fun environment is being developed by all the ISD personnel at the site.
3.- Ensuring that under any request or crisis situation the required amount of agents are responding on the scene.
4.- Evaluating any document/report that has been assigned to me.
5.- Ensuring all the active investigations assigned to me are being effectively developed by any Investigator assigned that is currently online.
6.- Ensuring any information that needs to go up through the CoC is effectively being transmitted and reaching its destiny.
7.- Keep learning and transmitting all possible knowledge to those under me, in order to always grow as a block rather than individually.
There's definetly more responsabilities, also those that are inherted from previous positions, but this I think would be the top ones I can currently think of without experience on the role.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I feel I would meet the requiered standards initially and would look to go beyond them as I learn the ropes, this because the Inspector I would like to be is one that those under me can look towards more than a boss/superior, just another agent they can count with, either for guidance or backup on situations, one they feel comfortable to be around with, allow them to feel I am covering their back at all times and slap their wrist or share a beer when the time comes.
I am a serious person that loves to have a good RP and learn new things, but that doesn’t mean I don’t know how to have fun and mess around when the time allows.
I value respect and friendliness more than anything, after all we are all humans that are looking to have fun.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Since he was young, Joseph ‘Trust’ Allen always looked to become an officer for the Airforce of his Country, while his peers decided to follow routes that allowed them to get the dough, he wanted to serve and give back all that was given to him. After finally passing all the tests, courses and years of military training he reached the end of the road, but he felt weird, he felt empty. He noticed during all those years he never had a chance to stop the train and reflect upon his surroundings, upon all the experiences he had lived, but now he had a moment to do so.
After hours of self-inspection he came to the conclusion of how corrupted the military institution was and how a few rotten apples could make a whole crate of them look bad. Noticing how he was never gonna progress in his current position, he immediately quit the Airforce and looked upon a new road, one that would allow him to make those desired changes and achieve a clean rewarding institution.
Upon years of search and self-promoting to different Institutions he received a letter to enroll in part of the Interal Security Department of a foundation, in this letter there was a mention on how he would be put on an initial trial as an Investigator along with some cases to work with and how, depending on the results, they were gonna give him a position within said Department.
Thanks to his previous experiences within the military and his eagerness to throw all the bad apples from the crate, he managed to make his name known within the Department and he is now awaiting the final verdict.
All he knows is that no matter the position assigned, he will continue to be loyal to his values, as he has written in blood that before our degrees or training of researchers, engineers, military.... We are humans.
Thanks for taking your time to read this, apologies If I screwed any spelling or some sentences don't make sense to you, english is not my primary language. If you have any comments/corrections, please let me know.

For me an ideal Inspector is not a person that remembers word by word every handbook, rule or codex, but more of a person that is able to blend his field experience with his studied knowledge, in order to deal justly with any situation that he will face out there. A person that is not scared to make mistakes or bend the book, because after all these mistakes allow us to become better each day.
