Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I’m applying for Site Advisor to help continue my goal of creating meaningful and enjoyable roleplay across the site.I've spent the past six months creating roleplay within the research department and have been linking research roleplay into other departments, by entering this role it’ll allow me to continue this goal.
I also feel ready, I’ve completed everything I’ve wanted to do in research, I’ve built the department up to be an exteremly active and efficient department, I’ve made things easier for everyone and welcomed a new era of Executives and now feel the need to extend that across to other departments.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe I am the most suitable candidate for the Site Advisor position, supported by my experience as both an Executive Researcher and Director of Research. Through working closely with multiple departments, I have developed strong communication skills and a solid understanding of how to identify and address areas for improvement within RSD in which I hope to bring to the entire site.
I aim not just to meet expectations in this role, but to exceed them. I bring a strong work ethic, consistency, and a genuine commitment to contributing effectively. My leadership experience has shown that I can operate independently, make sound decisions, and handle responsibility with confidence, while also taking on feedback to continuously improve.
I am comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. I have demonstrated the ability to handle situations such as disciplinary actions fairly and appropriately.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The Site Administration role involves a wide range of responsibilities focused on maintaining the overall functionality and progression of the site. This includes overseeing and assisting with the improvement of departmental policies, appointing MTF Commanders and Department Directors (with the exception of A-1, O-1, and ISD), managing relations with Groups of Interest, and providing support to departments whenever required. The role demands consistent involvement and a strong awareness of the site’s movement, ensuring we remain effective and issues are addressed before they escalate.
In addition to this, working with Internal and External Affairs to ensure smooth operations, and conducting passive investigations to uphold the Code of Conduct, Ethics, and FLC. They review and monitor departmental performance and conditions. They also oversee that CL1 to CL3/4 personnel are properly supported in carrying out their duties.
Beyond admin duties, Site Administration acts as the primary point of contact for departments both in character and out of character, ensuring communication across all areas of the site.
The role requires significant time commitment, strong leadership, and a positive approach to ensure the site remains to its core goals in which I can provide.
