I am giving my support to Josh Blondeau's reassignment request to Site Director. Josh has consistently been a professional and respected member of the community, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and a solid understanding of site operations.
He works well with others, remains level-headed when handling situations, and has shown a commitment to improving the server and its community. I believe he would be a valuable addition to Site Administration and would perform well as Site Director.

Since my time as a Jr. Researcher, into my time as a Cartographer, and my entire time as Executive and beyond Josh has always been an incredible person to look up to and work with. Despite timezone differences and whatever IRL throws at the man, he makes a concerted effort to support, help, and provide for anyone who needs his help. I've seen him working his butt off to help quash differences and make meaningful improvements to departments while also providing roleplay wherever he can. All in all, I think Josh is a strong candidate for Site Director!
