What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Through my time in the GSD I became an expert of leading by example, staying professional under any circumstance, and upholding/enforcing the Code of Conduct.
In my time through multiple MTFs, I learned about how the site operates, and the importance of not only knowing the rules, but understanding the reasoning behind them. Listening to superiors and helping those underneat/adjacent to you to keep the whole site running smoothly.
My work ethic knows no bounds, and I always deliver. I give my 100% and produce high quality work in a timely manner, without cutting corners.
I am also willing to learn, and try and turn any experience into an experience to better myself no matter the outcome.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Completing orders given from the O5 council.
- Uphold and inform others on the Code of Conduct in a professional manner at all times.
- Authorize AA
- Performing investigations into select departments as given by the O5 council.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
JP was never a quitter, nor a slacker. He loved his job, his comrades, his superiors; lived to make them proud. He spent his time in General Security, quickly working his way to Captain, and eventually, Chief. Throughout this time he raised captains up to their full potential, saw friends come and go, leaders fall, and divions reshape. JP dove into his work to try and escape the stress of change, and the grief of loss. He was even approached by the secretive MTF division O-1, and pledged his life to Ethics; but it was too much. He had flown too close to the sun, and melted his wings.
Approved, or maybe even forced, he took an extended leave.
He sat, pondered his role in the Foundation. He wondered where he went wrong, how to become better. He yearned to be back in the action. Wanting to not only enforce the law, but make others understand and realize their actions are all a part of something greater than themselves. JP realized his journey was not over yet, and his mistakes would only make him stronger, if only he looked inward and truly learned from it.
He came back like a phoenix form the ashes, stronger than ever before. He stepped through the Foundation doors and joined Nu-7, starting his rise though the ranks once again. Eager to bring himself up towards his former glory and beyond.
It is at this time the Council sees the return of an old face, reaching out an arm to pull an old soul back up for the glory of the Foundation...
