Previous Warnings/Bans: I have received various warnings, as well as one ban, all of which I have learned from, greatly. My previous trouble with following server rules is not something I am proud of, but I believe one can change. I believe I have changed; I am not the same man I was back then. Back then, I was reckless, I was careless, and I apologize for my irresponsibility. I've received warnings, mostly, for FailRP and FearRP in 2022-2023. The majority of these are the result of being ignorant to the server's ruleset, breaching SCPs as a foundation non-combative, Running from combative personnel under FearRP, and I will admit to all of these mistakes but one thing I will not do is be proud of my past behavior. I hold no sense of pride for any of these actions.
In the years/months following these warnings, I've learned to become a better roleplayer, and have made friendships on the server. I've learned that being a part of what makes the server fun is the most entertaining and beneficial for myself, as well as others.
Why I am applying: I would like to make an advancement in my research career at Site-65. As known by some higher-ranking members of Site-65, I was previously an Executive Researcher 3 times. In that time, I have conducted immense amounts of research on SCP-008 and have dedicated a great amount of my resources to understanding the true pathogenic nature of SCP-008. This background provides me with the desire to become an Executive Researcher and pursue more important matters, such as mentoring junior personnel, conducting specialized research, and enforcing research departmental policies. I believe returning to my responsibilities as an Executive Researcher will be beneficial to Site-65, and I am prepared to contribute to Site-65.
What makes me suitable: Given my past experience as executive, I have expansive knowledge of Research Leadership's day-to-day responsibilities, and I also retain a great amount of crisis-response experience. My extensive work with SCP-008 has allowed me demonstrate precision and perseverance while dealing with high-risk anomalies. I also have collaborated with other departments (Medical, MTF E-11, etc.) to ensure safety and progress in ongoing research. Furthermore, I possess strong mentorship and organizational skills. I have exceptional leadership skills, in addition. I was previously the Chemical Research Board's Director, and have held many trustee students, as an educator and a leader. I intend to advance my role in the research department to a point where I am the standing center of pioneering biologically specialized research, able to be the person people go to for a consult when a question is raised with ties to biological research. My commitment is to ensure that Site-65's Research Department maintains the highest standard of excellence.

An excellent document is comprised of many things, and each of them require pinpoint accuracy. First, they must maintain transparent and meaningful organization, which becomes an objective for me. Second, it is extremely important all documents maintain all legal and ethical codex. Third, an excellent document requires all appropriate information to be present and must be able to be read without fault, allowing for accurate grading and recordkeeping. There are many things that make a document excellent, and it would be an understatement to say that I could cover all of the details of creating an excellent document in one paragraph. To keep things short, I'll summarize: An excellent document can be made by having attention to detail, organizational skills, and thorough documentation experience.
Executive Researcher Responsibilities: Executive Researchers are responsible for providing oversight above all research studies, projects, and tests. This includes reviewing and determining the acceptance of experiments, and ensuring experiments align with the Foundation's directives, as well as all legal and ethical codes. An Executive Researcher is also responsible for guiding junior personnel within the research department, ensuring proper methodology and documentation standards. An Executive is responsible for fostering a professional environment, and to collaborate with the Ethics Committee, MTF E-11, The Medical Department, Security, and other departments.

05/15/██, Kane was right out of college, and had received job offers from various institutions. Some were offering roles in medical science, some offered medical researcher positions, but none of them stuck out to Kane... except one. He believed it to be a joke, some sort of mind game designed by another bland institution to catch his attention. If it were designed for that purpose, it would have worked, but this was real. He followed the instructions that came with the letter, sent by some researcher who claimed to be employed under a secret organization. The researcher claimed to be an Executive Researcher at one of the secret organization's research sites, and was inviting Kane to study under him.
05/19/██, Operation Afterlife was initiated, designating MTF Eta-10 "See No Evil" to perform a surveillance and kidnapping procedure on Kane early into the morning. The operation began at 01:24:00 CST, and Kane arrived on Site-65 at 07:52:43 CST. The following transcript was archived following Kane's orientation.
[K] W-What the fuck is going on?! Do you know what you've done! How illegal this is!? People will be looking for m-

[K] You're crazy! You can't do this!
[LOG] Kane is unblindfolded, revealing a sterilized doctor's office.
[█] The job offer was real, you can study under me if you so choose. Although, there are certain dangers I must warn you of.
[LOG] Kane seems to be in disbelief of his current situation, unresponsive.

[K] There's no way this is happening. I mean- yes, of course I'll accept the offer, and what dangers? Do you mean dangerous chemicals? Or viruses? Because if so, I've been trained in grad school for that.
