Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: The Ban was because I left while cuffed because I had to attend an event with my IRL buddies for what we call Raid Night in Final Fantasy XIV Online. I probably could have just taken the arrest, but I was more focused on hanging out with my friends at the time. The other 2 warns are from when I first started in 2024 and an 096 incident where I forgot to wait the 60 seconds before roaming after killing someone.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I have said this before in my other apps, there are most likely better candidates than me. I'm not going to lie, I can be a bit of a minge at times and a bit annoying. I won't deny that at all. However, I have been getting better at controlling the other more... annoying side of myself when it needs to be. I want to learn new things and I believe being an OSA can help with that. I do have former CL4 experience as a Former Executive Researcher and Ethics Committee Assistant during my stint as Edwin "Eddie" Richtofen and I have proven that I can be serious and professional when I need to be. Ever since I returned back in April, I've been on my best behavior and even though I've been arrested a few times by ISD just for some late night "adventures" with some buddies, I've been most clean. I also am someone who loves to RP and have been doing it for most of the time I've been on the Internet. I am an avid writer with an account of over 2.2k followers on a writing site and I even minored in creative writing. I want to use these skills and talents of mine I've gotten over the years to create a better rp environment for the server and I believe with OSA I can do just that. Since my last application I have joined DEA's Bortac division and have taken the Supervisor role within it. I do understand now that in the past I was a bit... unruly with some of my humor but since then I have worked hard on becoming a better person and I believe that while I still might be a bit... unhinged, I can turn that off and focus on the job that needs to be done.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Act Calm, Collected, and Professional as I represent the O5 Council
- Always Enforce the orders of O5
- Enforce the Foundation's Code of Conduct
- If no SA, O5, or Ethics is on site then it falls to me to authorize AA
- Authorize Sweeps of D-Block if needed and even authorize KOS past the airlock if needed
- Approve certain research tests and documents that benefit both the O5 Council and the Foundation
- Work with Alpha-1 to complete whatever tasks that O5 give
-Observe the site and the various departments and report about them, this also includes interviewing said departments
- Carry out the investigations that O5 assigns me
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Since my last application I have become a DEA Special Agent and have started to regain my cl4 experience, I believe now that I have seen both sides of being CL4 both from a combative CL4 like Special Agent and a non-combative CL4 like Executive Researcher. I have already experienced the Ethics side of the site and now I want to experience the O5 Council. Some of my greatest memories have involved various members of the O5 Council and the OSA's and I feel as if I need to pay back those moments by giving those same experiences to other people. I also want a chance to flex my rp skills in a more... mysterious aspect is what I want to say since the O5 has a lot more closed off feel compared to Ethics. I also want a chance to prove to myself and to others that I'm not just some annoying 24 year old who only minges and speaks in a cruddy german accent. I want a chance to prove myself as someone who can be the future of the O5 and represent them in a great light and I'm hoping to get that chance. I also want a chance to redeem myself despite all the crappy jokes and annoying pranks I've done around the site. I also want a chance to right the wrongs since I have been informed since my last app I was informed of a video of me saying a very... awful joke, and there's no excuse for that and never will be. I made that joke and I have to live with it. I only hope now that I can get a chance to fix it.

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Kane Leigh Halstead was born on October 1st 1996 to External Affairs Special Agent, Mark Halstead and Executive Researcher Elizabeth Halstead (nee Richards) as an only child. Kane's early childhood consisted of him being trained from an early age by his father. While the training was hard and Mark was a bit rough, he always made sure Kane didn't go past his limits. But Kane inherited his mother's stubbornness and was always trying to push past his limits. Kane's entire life changed on his 18th birthday. On his 18th birthday, a catastrophic breach took place when Kane was going through a tryout to join the External Affairs via the recommendation of his father. Kane immediately took action and grabbed an assault rifle and went on the hunt for his parents, he had overheard that his Father was helping his mother supervise a 106 test. He made his way to 106's Containment Chamber, pushing past any and all who got in his way. However, he would come across a horrible sight, he was forced to watch as 106 took both his mother and father away from him. This broke Kane... and what happened next was... no-one knows as the next time Kane awoke, he was in the medical wing. The cameras in the area he was in were destroyed at the time. It was then Kane was given the horrible news that his parents were gone forever... lost in 106's Dimension. This had lead to Kane's hatred for 106. On a lighter note, Kane was accepted into the DEA and would end up rising through the ranks, but when Kane become a Special Agent... he was part of an incident involving Site-65 Manager Bishop where a former Executive Researcher would end up returning and taking refuge inside Kane's head and this would cause the O5 Council to take an interest in Kane. The following is the interview between Special Agent Kane Halstead and a Member of O5.
The blindfold is taken off of Kane Halstead's face as he is now tied to a chair in a dimly lit room, the only light source being the very dim light bulb above his head.
Kane: Alright, what the hell is going on? Last thing I remember is being called into the DEA Manager's office and then... was I knocked out? Cause if I was, that hurt like hell.
Suddenly the sound of a speaker hums to life and a gruff and most likely distorted voice comes through
???: Hello DEA Special Agent Kane Halstead, or should I call you... Former Executive Researcher Edwin Richtofen?
Kane: Ah... so you know about that?
???: Indeed we do. We are very well informed of the incident that took place recently involving Site Manager Bishop. From what he told us, you handed him an anomalous object that was given to you during a delivery. He then proceeded to smash it on the floor and you were knocked unconscious. Care to elaborate.
Kane: Sure... Once I knocked-
Suddenly, Kane's green eyes role into the back of his head and his head slumps downwards, a second later his head shoots back up and his eyes open to now reveal piercing and somewhat glowing blue eyes.
Edwin: I believe I, Edwin Adler Richtofen can answer that. Also, can I say how nice it is that I ended up in the body of my old friend's son. Elizabeth was a real joy to work with. A shame what happened to her though...
???: Ah, Dr. Richtofen... A pleasure to see you again.
Edwin: Yes it is, feels nice to be back in za correct timeline. Now which member of the council are you?
???: Which member I am is irrelevant. What is relevant is how the hell you ended up back in this timeline? The last known trace of you was when your AI sent out that Email saying you were trapped.
Edwin: Ah yes, zat email. Well in hindsight... I don't exactly know...
???: You don't know?!
Edwin: That is what I said, yes. I remember stepping into the portal during the routine 860 experiment, but I didn't end up in the forest. I ended up inside another timeline and that's when S.A.M. sent out the email as the portal vanished behind me and my sensor went dark I suppose. I spent about seven years in that timeline from what I could tell and then, One moment I'm at my new job with the CIA in the new timeline and a second later I find myself trapped in another body and I'm standing in front of my old friend Bishop. Not much to it I suppose... all though recently while I've had time to think inside and I have a theory to what has caused this.
???: And what would that be?
Edwin: Simply actually... fate wants me to join the OSA's! That's why I have returned!
???: Bring back Mr. Halstead...
Edwin: Ah, fine! You were never any fun anyway...
Edwin's head slumps down and a second later pops back up and Edwin's eyes have returned to green meaning Kane is in control.
Kane: God... I'm never going to get used to that.
???: Welcome back Mr. Halstead. Recently the council has been discussing about your situation and we've come to a conclusion... you can no longer exist as you are.
Kane: EXCUSE ME?! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?! ARE YOU GOING TO KILL ME?!
???: Far from it Mr. Halstead. If we were to kill you, we lose Dr. Richtofen as well and we cannot have that. His mind while insane, holds the ability to create many wonders for the Foundation. Instead... we have another idea.
Kane: And that is?
???: As of this day, you shall become Assistant K. Halstead-Richtofen your days in the DEA are no-more... for now at least. We want to keep you close by us until we can figure out how to separate you and Dr. Richtofen. Until then... you work for us on the O5 Council as an OSA.
Kane sighs and suddenly feels the restraints on his wrists and leg loosen and he is handed a CL4 ID Card, a Suit, and a clipboard.
Kane: I suppose I don't have a choice. Better make the most of this... Fine, I'll become your assistant, but only until you find a way to separate me and that crazy German in my head. Then I want you to cause me to forget all of this! I want to return to my life as a Special Agent, make my mother and father proud.
