I am applying for site advisor because I would like to be able to be more involved departmentally than I currently am able to be as an ISD Commissioner. Currently I have the pleasure of being able to observe and assist most, if not all departments when and if needed, and while I am incredibly grateful to be able to do so, I would like a more in depth opportunity to assist when and where I can and be able to create more roleplay between departments/regiments.
Additionally I enjoy interacting and communicating with other members on the server and enjoy the interactions I have with other players. Being a part of site administration puts me in the front for public relations either departmentally or with GOI relations. While as a commissioner I get the experience dealing with a lot of departmental issues, typically when finding solutions my options are limited in terms of what I am able to do for either party, and I feel as though as a Site Advisor I would have a better opportunity to enhance RP situations as I would be allowed to approve or deny situationally as needed to create a better environment for RP.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I believe that I am suitable for site admin because of my experience in ISD/Internal Affairs as a typical part of my job involves interacting with all different kinds of jobs and departments , as well as has kept me up to date on the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and the Foundation Legal Codex. It has given me an abundant amount of experience in conflict resolution, typically taking a more diplomatic approach, and the ability to think quickly to maintain order among the general population.
Furthermore I believe that as Site Administration its important to have active community engagement and sort of act as a guiding role within the foundation, a standard for professionalism, a bit more than enforcing rules and ensuring tasks are completed but someone who is capable of leading by example and creating an environment where collaboration in RP is more welcomed and accepted amongst players. I am very active typically interacting with a wide variety of the player base and in that time I have showcased my professionalism, and I believe that I have a healthy balance of approachability and authority that would make me a solid candidate for Site Administration.
