Yes, but they're all only warnings, and minor warnings (Like FailRP, RDM, FearRP, etc] I have not received any bans and most of the warnings are old.
What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
What makes me the best candidate for ECA is the fact that I know the Code of Ethics and Legal Codex and can uphold and enforce it. Along with that, I am active on the server daily and approachable and try to be friendly. I understand that since its a CL4 job, I must act professional and I understand that, I believe I can be trusted as I have been playing the server for a long time, have a good current monthly vtime, and have CL4 experience.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
-Follow Orders from ECM & ECC.
-Represent the CoE & Punish people breaking it, while also watching/overviewing the Site.
-Answer & Help people with questions about the CoE & Questions in general, along with giving feedback.
-Give your intake on tough situations
-Authorize things such as AA, D-Block Sweep, KOS Past Airlock, if nobody else is on to authorize,
-Represent ECM to a certain degree, if none are on.
-Act like a role model to foundation staff
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Kisuke spent his early years in Asia before relocating to Canada in search of a better life. After completing his education, he began working as a therapist in Pinewood. Then he spotted a Wendigo and thought, "No Way! "Those things are just myths," he said after being persuaded that what he was witnessing was genuine. Then, he noticed armed men attempting to subdue the Wendigo. They eventually removed it and declared, "We have successfully eliminated SCP 323-1." Amazing work gentlemen." Puzzled, Kisuke stepped outside to look around and enquired, "What's a SCP 323-1?" After putting on handcuffs and dragging him somewhere, the men realized he may have had heard what they had said. Kisuke was perplexed and wondered why he was wearing a blindfold, and where he was going. After a while he fell unconscious and woke up inside of what seemed to be an interrogation room.

There was a person in the same room as him, and in a friendly tone said
"Hello, whats your name?"
Kisuke, confused as he was friendly and not as aggressive as the men to dragged him there said nervously
"K-Kisuke."
The man replied
"Theres no need to fear me, I am here to ask you just some few questions, is that fine with you?"
Kisuke, nervously knowing that if he does not comply, he will most likely be gunned down from how the men who took him there were, said.
"Sure..."
The man said
"How did you know about SCP 323?"
Kisuke said
"Well, one of the people said it when they defeated it mentioning it.
The man replied
"Interesting, that seems to be a mistake on our part, but lets continue with the questioning. What's your job in Pinewood, or are you unemployed?"
Kisuke said
"Well, I am a Therapist for Pinewood."
The man replied
"I see, do you want to join us. and do what we do. That is my last and final question, take some time to think about it I know this all may seem confusing."
Kisuke said
"Well no, I do not want to be fighting things such as the one I saw and risk myself in battle!
The man chuckled & said
"Oh no its alright, I will get you a job that doesn't involve fighting, rather a pacifist route.
Kisuke said
"Well, I guess. Who even are you guys anyway?"
The man said
"Oh, you'll know in a bit, don't worry about it."
Some men armed men walk in to the room, Kisuke thought "Oh no, am I gonna be dragged or have something horrible happen to me?" They were silent, one man handed the interviewer a syringe and said "Don't worry about it, just let me inject you with this, if you don't comply, always remember I have men with guns behind me ready." Kisuke nervous, let him inject him with it. The chemical being Class-F. After injection the man said,
"I am the Ethics Committee Chairman, you now work for the foundation and ready to devote your life to the foundation. The position you will be given is called "The Ethics Committee Assistant". You see these men behind me? They are called the Mobile Task Force Unit Omega-1 ready to protect you, and the Ethics Committee. We will discuss on what you do and your training soon. Welcome to the Foundation, Kisuke."
