neutral, You have held some high sr cl4 positions like sa and e-11 major, but I personally have not seen you for a little bit, as I know you have recently gone to UK for goc to play periodically. The only reason this is not a support is beacuse the previous sr cl4 experince you have held to my knowledge hasn't been held in a while, which is worrying to jump from jr cl4 to jr cl5 is pretty intense. Also while ECA or O-1 experince is a perk that allows you to see the workings of the ethics committee, but it is not the most beneficial as there are still a lot of factors of being ECM that are above that pay grade. I wish you the best of luck in your application, sorry for the little rant have seen some odd comments in peoples opinions.

I can maybe shed abit of insight on it, I know how frustrating -supports without a reason is lol

I was recently shown a clip of you feeding MC&D to 096 for no reason and although funny doesnt show well for Ethics members. Other then that though I'm not sure what else the -Supports could be but I don't remember you being a site manager so I must assume it was a long time ago and I would maybe recommend getting it again before applying

THIS IS NOT A OPINION PIECE, I dont support or negative support your app just tryna maybe help shine a light cause i also hate -supports without any reason
Thanks for the comment.
I feel somewhat bad for leaving a -Support without reasoning as you've asked for feedback and only a handful of people responded. I was going to stonewall you with no feedback but I've decided against that. Now please enjoy my yap.

I have a litany of reasons why I left a -Support.

From my understanding, you were not a very well liked member of SA. From what I've heard you barely did anything and always complained when things didn't go your way. This isn't a very good look, even if it isn't entirely true it still reflects poorly upon you.

You also seem to hop around a lot, going from Regiment to Regiment and even from Server to Server. If you truly wish to be a USA ECM you should be attempting to hold more roles on the US server. Even though you've held roles recently, dropping them and attempting to apply for ECM really doesn't help your case.

Even though you held Site Manager, that was ages ago. You have no recent experience other than Nu-7 Captain, which as Niox said, isn't even classified as a Sr. CL4. You haven't held and ECA or an O-1 role, so you have little idea of how the inner workings of Ethics and O-1 currently operate. Getting one of these and working your way up the ranks would prove useful.

In addition, you seem largely out of touch, having ideas that would be detrimental to overall roleplay. For example, you suggested removing MC&D's ability to enter the facility without permission, I'd think as a former Nu-7 CPT you'd want something to do other than sit in watchtower and wait for raids? Even if they're inside without permission it gives you (or one of your Regiment Members) some RP. I understand that it can get somewhat repetitive but I believe it gives something for SOP to do instead of idling on surface. This makes me think you don't see the implications of what you suggest. This concerns me for what ideas you would attempt to push as an ECM.

In addition to the above paragraph, you were quite hostile to people who left negative supports. Calling people "forums alts" and seemingly not considering anyone else's opinion. Accepting criticism is a crucial part of any command role as people will be pointing fingers if a decision you make goes wrong.

Your leadership skills also seem like they're lacking. I saw you do nothing of note as Nu-7 CPT, E-11 MAJ, and Site Manager. I've been told you made good documents while Site Manager, but that is the only thing of note. Your former Enlisted and NCOs can speak more on your regimental leadership than I can. But from what I've seen while you were Nu-7 CPT, you simply complained whenever things didn't go your way and seemingly hated being a member of SOP. It isn't a very good look especially as a leader. (This is from my perspective)

I suggest you actually take lead, provide Roleplay for those under you. You are currently a Special Agent so show leadership, do patrols with Agents, give tasks for Seniors to do or perhaps escort MC&D. There is so much leadership (and roleplay) potential within DEA yet I haven't seen you take it.

My final reason is I just don't like you, I find you annoying. However this isn't constructive in any regard and isn't fair to just go off this.

In conclusion, this is largely personal opinion. However, I genuinely wanted to speak my mind so maybe you can see where I'm coming from. Obviously as a personal opinion there will be bias, and you most likely will disagree with some of the sentiment. Regardless, this is what I've seen from my perspective, although I most likely haven't seen the full picture. Nonetheless this is what I believe and why I decided to -Support. End of my yap session.
This means a lot thank you. I'll try to work on leadership skills and get more RP going. On the topic of the other suggestion, I wasn't trying to be hostile, I was just making silly jokes, so maybe I should try to work on that too.

I resigned from Nu-7 Captain just a few weeks ago, so I have held a Sr. CL4 within recent time.
I'll try to get some ECA experience.

Can I get some feedback so I can improve? Would be appreciated.

Anything I could do specifically to make the next time we meet in-game better? Any good way to improve my leadership capability?
Yes, I feel like this is going to be said a lot when you get responses to asking why they -Supported your application but you generally were not good in SA and complained about a lot about things, as well as you not having any recent Sr. CL4 experience, things have changed a lot since you were Site manager last and I can't say I'd be confident in you being an ECM without more updated experience in a Sr. CL4 role.

On another note you don't seem to have that many leadership skills in general, I've been on surface quite a bit over the past couple months as a Sr. Agent, Special Agent, and MCOM and I can't say I really ran into you much or heard or saw you doing anything that could be considered "Leading" with your Nu-7 members up there, nor have I seen you on special agent much either, you generally give off an inactive look which isn't really something I'd expect of a cl5 role holder.

Lastly as many have said before me, I just plain don't like you,

Heya @Kito

I will give you +/- support due to the fact that i do believe that you are fit for ECM, just not at this given moment. I have talked to you for a while to know your cherfull mood and quite heavy emphasis on roleplay that you get yourself involved with. However. I do not believe that even you can directly skip this heavily as being an Ethics committee member requires more than just a cheerfull mood and heavy RP. It requires time and experience which i believe you lack at this moment. I wanna repeat, i do think that you are fit, you are just missing the experience and prehaps in the future you will get +support instead of neutral one! Please take care and don't take this as a hate just simply my own opinion! <3

Kito, you're an alright guy, however due to all the reasons above I will also leave a negative support. You're document writing skills are very good but that is really the only notable thing I can see from you. There hasn't been much RP that has been created with you and others and I see much unprofessionalism from you even as you were a Nu-7 CPT, even though that was a thing you wanted to change, you contributed to it!
